Jack Black as GL? I like jack black and I like Gl but talk about 2 positives making a negative.

Any good Justice League episode would have to have (atleast) the 4 guest heroes, plus atleast one female hero (Zantana? Vixon? Power-Girl? Black Canary?) I think Zantana would be a good fit as would Black Canary.

Margo Harshman for Zantana

as far as who would play Black Canary? I dont know.

Now I would much rather have a Green Arrow Show than a JLA show. Green Arrow is one of the most interesting DC Villians - SV has shown that he can work great on screen.

CW - DOOOO IT!

Ask Ausiello 1/24

Question: Wow! "Justice" was, like, the best Smallville episode ever! Are there any plans for a spin-off?— Jeremie

Ausiello: "We've been talking about it," CW boss lady Dawn Ostroff told me. "I don't know if it's going to happen. It's hard; there are so many pieces to the puzzle, [including] rights issues. But it's something that we talked about. It's not going to happen immediately, but I wouldn't say never. Maybe somewhere down the road."

So basically she said no in a nice way so she doesn't hurt people's feelings. :cwink:

Ostroff is a biznitch. Cancel Everwood, cancel Mercy Reef, and deny us The League?! Burn her! :cmad:

Yep they stopped production when they saw the fans reaction to it. To be honest that movie was on the way to becoming the next CINO.

There's possibility of a new DC live action show from the CW.Check Comicscontinuum for the link,I read it last night but can't find it.

Interesting

I say add Black Canary,Zatanna and Hal Jordan as new members and get rid of Cyborg.

Strictly using characters introduced in 'Smallville' so far (excluding Clark), who do you guys think would be good additions to the JL team of Aquaman, Cyborg, Flash (Impulse), and Green Arrow? Since they can't actually use Batman/Bruce Wayne, I figure the 'Angel of Vengeance' would be a good way to have a Batman-esque presence in a 'Jusice' spin-off series. You could also possibly add Smallville's 'Supergirl', Kara, and the Martian Manhunter. Thoughts?

I'll always vote "Yes" for a Justice League series, although from the looks of it, the whole 33.1 storyarch may be coming to a close (or at least out of the JL's hands) as the season draws to a close.

oh yes bring it on, that was pure superhero entertainment:

Every justice league had Wonder Woman, she is a founder, I can't say who messed this al up, but Wonder Woman was a founder of JL. And I do like how they are playing GL, and who is playing him. they should make a GL show before they go touching a JL show, they need Wonder Woman before they can do JL!!!

According to some people at TwoP and the guy who runs Kryptonsite, SV was going to use this season's finale as a "backdoor pilot" for Justice League but Dawn Ostroff said no.

Well, Craig knows people on the show so if he said that it's probably true but I wonder what Dawn has been smoking to turn them down before that episode has even been filmed?

Yikes...

I guess she won't learn.

I wish I could say that surprises me but it doesn't. :(

Watch some other show about costumed superheroes - Marvel, maybe? - get picked up by another network and do ratings' gold just like Heroes. The genre has yet to lose its steam. In fact, it's gained some. I really don't know what the problem is.

:whatever:

Some networks want a certain amount of respectability. Heroes succeeds because is a drama series, with super characters that are not generic superheroes, they don't wear flamboyant costumes, and call themselves something-man. This is why smallville suceeds Just as well. Huge difference between say Spider-man and a show like Heroes.
