Jordan's longevity and success in basketball winning 6 championships on different structured teams with countless mpv titles, scoring titles, olympic success, all star every friggin year, etc... He set the standard for what a new standard even is.

MJ was only good at basketball. He is always outshined in his Hane's commercials and failed at baseball and marriage. He was a great basketball player of his day and age no doubt. But today I don't think he could keep up.

It will all be in his movie guranteed maybe not the hanes crap. I was just commenting on how whoever I quoted said people say the 'Michael Jordan of [insert activity] while people don't say the same about Tiger. MJ was a good basketball player, I am not refuting that, but that was all he was good at.

Michael Jordan is arguably the best athlete of all time...we have Babe Ruth movie, a Dale Earnhardt movie and a Muhammad Ali movie, anyone else want a MJ movie? i think he has a great story as well, not to mention some of the best basketball performances of all time...

i also wouldnt mind a Hank Aaron movie, that man went through some s***.

Man there is no question about that. After what he did He deserve a movie. But something tells me Jordan is not ready yet for that.

Maybe another 10-15 years down the line and as far as the actor? Geez... I don't know. They may have to go Spike Lee on it and find some college kid who bares a resemblance to Jordan and he'll just have to be very well directed.

Man there is no question about that. After what he did He deserve a movie. But something tells me Jordan is not ready yet for that.

He's ready. One of the greatest sportsmen to ever play and greatest role model to a lot of young men, probably all of us, deserves a movie, way more than some of today's bull **** stars recieving films that stroke their own egos though they haven't accomplished even a quarter of what jordan has.

not to interfere in your and JcDc's discussion, but i enjoyed Ray Allen in He Got Game, nothing spectacular, but he pulled it of, but with a talented Denzel Washington right there with you, its hard to look bad.

he was stiff but good enough i guess...They wanted Allen Iverson to do it, I think Iverson wouldve been worse.

Too soon. MJ is still young, his story is far from over. Plus, despite Jordan's amazing talents...his story just doesn't have the tragic twist of Ali or the cinematic drama of Ruth. His life story just wouldn't make all that good of a movie.
