Action Heros: Next Gen

Adam Baldwin.

Thread's over.

I like him as much as the next Browncoat, but he doesn't have the star power. The majority of his roles have been on TV shows.

yeah I know he was cast in indaina jones but that doesn't make him an action hero. I also thjink your missing the point of what im trying to say. The kid isn't a big guy but of course not all action heros are like Jones or John Mcain(sorry I forgot his name), There both small guys who do big action stuff.

The point I'm making is that he has the capability, especially with the opportunity provided by Indy IV.

McClane.:cmad: And I don't consider Harrison Ford or Bruce Willis 'small' by any means.

List is Good so far

Statham .. EXCELLENT
Rock.. EXCELLENT
Diesel.. above average
Jaa.. replaces Li... and is :wow:

Cena.. GOD NO!:cmad:

before Will Smith started "acting" woulda said him too

Will Smith counts as a Action Hero...

Wesley Snips would have graduated to Icon Action star...but it seems he's been downgraded to Steven segal Status.....how sad really

So true with Snipes.

robert downey jr. might be one after iron man films and if he makes anymore good action films.

Rambo 4 looks like its gonna be pretty good, definitley has that old school feel to it... As far as new action stars for our generation, all i can think of ar jason statham, tony jaa, and the rock.

^ I'll call Vera and tell her to join your tussle.

edit: i just realized he's played more villains than heros...but i still consider him an action hero of mine.

Dude, cold.:csad:

And I still have a horrible taste in my mouth from Troy. The only enjoyable preformance was from Pitt, I felt like Achilles was the only character they stayed true to the nature of, and Pitt was the only actor that tapped into his character.

Odysseus threw Hector's newborn son off a goddamn tower in the Illiad, but he's this lovable softie in the movie.

Eck. Not a fan of Troy.

I wonder why we don't see Michael Clarke Duncan in more action movies. He looks like he could stop a friggin' bus with his bare hands. They seriously need to give this guy a large blunt object and a big fat gun and let him tear some megalomaniacs a new one.
