Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje Is Killer Croc

It's kinda like with the Avengers line ups in the comics, there's too many cooks.

It's a comic where people die on a regular basis and you always need bodies. I'm not too put off by adding odd or random choices to the line up.

Yeah I don't mind it either, plus SS isn't that prestigious in comic lore to not make any changes.

I feel like suicide squade is definitely a flexible enough team to have a good handfull of members that were never a part of the team in the comics.

Yeah, the lineup has changed so many times over the years that they can kinda include whoever the want. Deadshot, Waller and Flagg are really the only constants, I believe.

There have been so many characters in the Squad that even Oracle was once a member.

I like the fact that there's plenty of B-list characters there. This is the only way to make a live-action version of some of them, as they'd never put them as main antagonists (not even Deadshot or Harley without Joker, who are most well-known here) and I expect most of them to bite the dust, so there's that too.

Oracle mostly just sat behind a computer, though :funny: A lot of those characters were members for one or two issues or one small story arc.

What did you expect her to do? Have a race against Flash? :p

Barbara Gordon was one of the early members of the Suicide Squad. It happened after she got crippled in The Killing Joke.

She has more right to be in the movie than half of these people.

I'm pretty sure she wouldn't outrun Flash even then.

What were we talking about again?

He certainly does! I like it more so than Joker and Harley. Live-action Croc finally is here.

I'll wait till we actually really see Mr J before commenting, but love what they've done with Croc, and I'll bet he goes bare chested at some point in the movie.

Croc looks great. I've always thought that character would look so cool on screen and it would appear I was right.

I think the lighting will play a large part on whether he'll end up looking cheesy or great in film. He does look great in pictures.

He looks awesome and even better than I expected. I'm especially pleasantly surprised that they're going prostithics with him rather than cgi

Aw. :hrt:

He just looks fantastic. Love the hooded look.

I'm hoping the hooded look is because he's on the street – to keep from scaring the public, and that we'll see him bare chested as in the comics/animated series at some point.
Also glad they didn't go too animalistic with him... never liked that version of him.

NOO!!!! You're supposed to hate it because he doesn't look enough like his Marvel Comics counterpart! :cwink:
