Just bored yet curious: obviously, we've seen movies at the cinema. What are some movies you've seen do you want to see that they've released on home entertainment (sorta like ROcky Horror Picture Show midnight screenings), or, what movies you own/seen on DVD that you haven't seen at the cinema or vaguely remeber seeing would you like to see on the big screen? Here's my growing collection:

    King Kong (1933)
    King Kong (2005)
    Tank Girl
    Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story!
    The Goonies
    Bride of Frankenstein
    Creature from the Black lagoon
    The Wolf Man (1941)
    Power Rangers: The Movie (1995)

    more to come...what's yours?

I got to see Alien on the big screen in October 2004. :D That was a rare treat, since the film was before my time. It was the director's cut too.

The director's cut of Alien is the original version released in 1979. The new version on the Quadrilogy DVD set is different (and shorter) just for the sake of being different.

Meh...the first one, though watchable, for me is way too long.

I'd really like to see Batman Returns on the big screen...

    Bunch of everything.

Titanic (1997) | I've never seen this and I've decided that if I'm going to watch this it's going to be in theaters.
Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back | I'm big SW-fan and I've never seen this on the silver screen. ANH I've seen though.
Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi | See above.
The Good, The Bad and The Ugly | I think this would spectacular on screen.

If Batman (1989 or 1966), Batman Returns, Superman: The Movie etc. were shown on cinemas I'd go to see 'em. But they're not on the must-see list.
