Agent Zero and a fight scene

I know for a fact that Agent Zero is one of the character in the movie and that there will be a scene where he shot logan from the helicoptor while logan tries to get away on the motorcycle.

My opinion is Aussie Actor,Brendan Cowell was auditioning for the role of Agent Zero.

I think you're thinking of Agent X. Agent Zero is the name Maverick has been going by in recent years.

I though Maverick had low-grade premonition powers, but it's not on his wikipedia anywhere. was there another Wolvie ally who could see the future?

I'm hoping for a bit of both as well. I'd like for the character in this movie to take the Agent Zero name and costume but personality wise be closer to Larry Hama's version. If there is a fight-scene between Wolverine and Zero I'd hope they'd not have him as a one-dimensional enemy, and portray the relationship properly. Logan and Agent Zero need to respect each other.

We had the same 'proof' that Omega Red was going to be in X3 and we know how that turned out. A lot of newbies come in here duing production and spout rumors that they say they can back up. Now some are true indeed, but it is a small small percentage. I don't believe you until you can give us some concrete info.

Well i saw previs with agent zero and deadpool in it but you are right that at this stage it is very early and something could come up and may be both could drop. So let's just have a fun discussion for now and nothing is confirmed until may 2009. I even hear they are working on how to fit Gambit in the movie but again he could be dropped from the movie altogether like X2 / X3.

A lot of people questioned me on the source and proof but the truth is u know that i cant say i know Mr. / Ms ........ who work as ........ at .... studio and told me ........ are going to be in the movie. They could get a law suit, man and i won't destroy my mate's career.

So you are from Australia I imagine. I know you don't need to name sources but dear Jesus get us a hard copy or pic or something. I think Agent Zero would have a bigger chance of being in here than Gambit would. Oh well, time will tell.

That was originally Maverick's power, as described on a trading card that predated his first comic appearance by a few months. But by the time he appeared in the comics, they'd changed his mutant power to kinetic energy absorption through impact.

they need to not have gambit in there. Theres no connection between him and wolverine. That would be like having Juggernaut in a film with no connections to xavier whatsoever...oh wait they did that too so whats stoppin em from doin somethin stupid this time haha. They should stick with just weapon x affiliated characters

Take it for what it is. It's a rumor from someone you or I don't know. You can believe him or not. Honestly what is his motive to lie? He could be but I'll assume he's trying to share info.

Your assumption is right Advanced Dark. I only want to share what i hear/see. At this point i think what i saw is 99% in the movie. Omega Red was in the script before Ratner chose Spike over him. Again like Gambit, do you think u wanted to see Omega Red in X3 for 3 mins then got killed off ? Psylocke/Quills/Callisto were enough wasted in the movie. Glad they cut Gambit and Omega Red out of X3.

Christopher Nord (Agent Zero) appearing in the Wolverine film had been reported in script reviews last year, so it's very possible that the character crossed over into the final shooting script. In the script, he works alongside Stryker, and both characters (along with Wolverine) get out of a helicopter, so having an action sequence with the helicopter also makes sense.
