As I just posted on the ratings thread:

With this show, I think ABC will do to this show what NBC has done with a lot of their comedies in recent years: keep renewing the show despite low ratings. NBC did it over the last few years with The Office, 30 Rock, Community and Parks and Recreation.

A 2.0 (18-49 demo) is NOT considered a low rating!!! The NBC shows u brought up dont even come close to hitting 2.1- most of those show barely even get above 1.5...lol

Despite what people try to perpetuate as fact, AOS is a consistent good ratings show. I dont know what the production cost of the show is and of course thats a factor, but all things being equal based solely on ratings its one of ABCs most highest paid from advertisers.

Could it be that Stark was the one "above" Fury that ordered Phil to be reborn? Could RDJ be the cameo for that very reason? It all fits...

Didn't we find out that the one above Fury was Coulson, he was in charge of the TAHITI project.

it might have been Smulders. Chloe could have been a big fan of HIMYM.

Speaking of which, while I would not be surprised if we see more Maria Hill in season two, I don't think we'll see Smulders join the cast full time. She mentioned on the Late Show with David Letterman the night of the Series finale of HIMYM that she's moved back to New York, where her husband, Saturday Night Live Cast Member Taran Killam works.

They did not have any scenes together. Most of her scenes were with Coulson, May and Triplett.
