Could also be the schematics to building a powerful weapon (maybe the ultimate nullifier), or a machine to detect Skulls.. have to wait and see,,

In GOTG the Kree/Skrull War is replaced by a war w/another race. (Can't tag spoilers from phone.) But maybe the writing has to do with Kree artifacts on Earth. They left a bunch of Sentries and tech, not to mention an entire race.
