I almost didn't recognise Lucy. She looks more like someone's mother.

I thought she's more blonde these days. She seems to have gone back to being a brunette more similar to Xena.

Lucy looks the same as she did when she was on Parks and Recreation

I haven't seen her lately. The last time I saw her was in Burn Notice I think. No, maybe it was in No Ordinary Family.

Lucy Lawless recently went back to dark, straight hair with a fringe/bangs.

Well, he better not become a genuine SHIELD agent, that's for sure. Why is there even a question mark about it? It suggests he could. Keep him evil, I say.

I don't strictly see it as " will he be with shield" I see it as " we know he's bad, how bad is he, what road will being evil take him down"

We know he's bad, just like we knew that Black Widow was bad, or the Maximoff twins, oh wait.

True. But he was more interesting as a villain to me. When I thought he was good he was almost not there imo.

He was bland when he was good.

He needs to kill someone like Angel killed Jenny Calendar in Buffy, except that here Ward needs to be in his right mind (ie he's doing it intentionally and maliciously and not that there is any excuse whatsoever for why he might be forgiven - eg Angel being Angelus at the time).

Of course, he has already killed Victoria Hand and others, but not someone either major or meaningful to the main cast. He nearly did with FitzSimmons, but since they escaped, then they might start to rationalise things that he isn't that bad and that what has happened to Fitz might be overlooked eventually.

for me... his killing of Hand and Eric did that for me. I don't think he needs to kill one of the core cast members... and that's all there really has been on the show.

For you maybe, but I'm talking about for the actual main characters. They don't know Hand is dead, and if they realise Eric is just an LMD, it might feel to them that Ward hasn't actually killed off anyone who means something to them, even though he came close with FitzSimmons.

And Jenny Calendar wasn't a core cast member but she was recurring and had been around since Season 1 of Buffy and was Giles's love interest and a valuable ally to the Scoobies. Now if Skye developed a love interest over the course of this season who was killed off at the end by Ward, or Ward killed Tripplett, then that would be almost on the scale of Jenny Calendar, without having actually touched the main cast.

I actually agree with you. I found him much more interesting as a bad guy as well, probably because the writing was better and the actor really seemed to enjoy playing evil. I was merely disagreeing with the notion that his previous actions make him completely "beyond redemption." It's kind of hard to buy that when BW is one of the core Avengers. It doesn't mean that I actually want to see him be a good guy.

I wish one of the many toy companys would make a set of the SSR gadgets in the last episodes of the first season. lol Those were cool. lol

with his origin i guess you can say....he would be a kick a## Wonder Man

Except for one problem: Simon Williams is supposed to be a good guy. Grant Ward. . . is not. He's a borderline sociopath who uses the world as his scapegoat.

I think it would be interesting to see Ward become a supervillain but I doubt it will happen
