Why not? It could just be coulson coming out of a meeting as rand is waiting to see someone. All of 3 seconds and have zero bearing on the story. Just another easter egg for fan boys.

Yeah, even the netflix shows dont have Claire Temple go "oh you cant do this alone? I know a guy with unbreakable skin and a girl with super strength i can call in to help!"

There's easter eggs galore , and DD S2 doesnt shy away from hiding the ichituari nvasion and hulk in harlem headlines on past newspapers... nor the theme of phase 3 with vigilantism and being held accountable and regulated... lots of ROXXON refrences too

If anything the only big issue... in the mcu thus far is the fact AoS made the inhuman fish pills seem very public knowledge... which isnt addressed anywhere else... they really need to retcon that and explain the incidents are being covered up and the public has no real knowledge of inhumans or these events... the inhuman issue needs to go dark, and stay dark.

Another issue in the Netflix shows is the lack of HYDRA. They are supposed to be this big bad organization in the MCU, but they don't exist in Hell's Kitchen. One would think that they would have loved to have had an alliance with Wilson Fisk.

But a lack of HYDRA in the Netflix shows is a good thing because I am sick of HYDRA already. Hopefully Gideon Malick, Crossbones and Baron Zemo are the last ones. Enough with HYDRA already.

Thats not an issue... hydra in the mcu seems to care about bigger issues than drug smuggling and fighting gangs... they also arnt a vast organization anymore.. so they arnt honestly everywhere... just higher up on the political spectrum and more into much higher things...

But that also being said, in the comics, hydra and the hand... do have ties.

The Inhuman issue may need to be addressed on the Netflix shows sometime.

Anyone remember "Dogs of Hell" from season one of Agents of SHIELD? The episode in which Lorelei appears and Sif makes her Agents of SHIELD debut?

So Roxxon and Dogs of Hell.......season two of DD is now officially apart of the MCU. I know it was in season one, but the show in season one did a good job of not mentioning any groups, organizations or incidents directly by their names, but this season of DD, it's been Roxxon and Dogs of Hell.

I have a feeling aos's public pill popping inhumans is their "jumping the shark" moment... it reallllllly neetds covered up and explained. Otherwise the netflix shows and movies seem a bit odd not referencing them...

Did jessica jones or DDs2 refrence AoU at all? Maybe theyre still taking place prior to it?

So far, not that I know of but I am only 6 episodes into season two. JJ didn't mention it at all.

Even antman refrenced sokovia falling out of the sky... so since this hasnt... especially with the events of DDs2's punisher stuff.. youd think it would have been broughten up... which makes me wonder if Jones and DDs2 may take place prior... which.... could explain the lack of inhumans... that all happened AFTER AoU

If it did take place after AoU, Sokovia would have been referred to as "The Incident in Europe" but the theme of Phase 3 is all over season two of Daredevil as you said earlier.

This is true. There's just absolutely no refrences to anything post phase 1 in any netflix show

The reporter at the post, though did mention "the incident" and how they lost all their digital files and had to use hard copy old paper issues for reference.... i guess if ultron hacked servers that could be a refrence to him... but same could be said about the battle of nyc if computers were destroyed... idk

DD season 1 did mention Roxxon - it was a flashback scene to when Matt and Foggy worked with a larger law firm who were representing them

Probably Lash will end up wiping all inhumans out except for a handful good guys he finds worthy by the end of the season

Its only been a few months since season 1 of the DD in S2, which I'm sure based on the weather is set late spring 2014-early 2015, so season two is sometime in the summer? I'd say def before AOU

Yeah, I have the same feelings towards the Inhumans current situation in the MCU.
Even the president Ellis mentioned them to the world, as in "alein threats"

latest

And I think they should do something about them. Definitelly some newspaper articles in Daredevil/Jessica Jones.
Or why not even have an episode with an inhuman? I'm sure there can find atleast one there, no?

DD season 2 is set right before christmas

DD season 2 seems to go from middle of the summer all the way through christmas

I was actually a bit confused when episode 1 featured a 100 degree heat wave, and episode 10 or so has christmas lights

I was like "how much time has passed during this?!"

i assumed summer, but it wouldn't be unheard of for a heat wave in fall "indian summer"..

that also being said.. I'm on episode 11.. i don't recall Christmas lights ever...
