I'm glad to see people happy about this, but I have no clue who this guy is haha. But I'm glad to see the confidence so I'm sure he's gunna be great.

Just like with Robert Redford in Cap, idk who he really is but I know he's good.

Off the top of my head and if you are in need of a good movie someday I would recommend Weird Science, Aliens, Tombstone, Apollo 13, Twister or Near Dark. He also has a smaller but hilarious role in Schwarzenegger's True Lies.

What with the Hank Pym casting today, I didn't see this until now. Awesome! I'm not familiar with the comic character (I just looked him up on comicvine), but Bill Paxton is great.

Iirc, Garrett was a complete @hole in the books (in Elektra: Assasin at any rate).

I would imagine Paxton's version will be somewhat toned down...

Yup. Can't say I'm pleased with it tbh (Douglas being in the flick in some other role would be sweet, I'd just prefer they did Hank as he was in the books).

Technically it is sort of correct though...Hank hung up that helmet ages ago, has been Giant Man, Goliath, Yellowjacket, etc since, and Lang is the current Antman in the books....but yeah...the purist in me isn't thrilled by it.

the purist in ME isn't thrilled either lol I'm just happy it IS a great actor.
I'm hoping with all these stars wanting to be in Marvel films, that we get some great entertainment in the future if the scripts stay as great.
