I know a certain Anne Fan who is gonna love that pic ;)

Is this Sacha Baron Cohen's first movie since Les Miz?

Didn't care for the first one, but the bright colors are nice surprise . The visuals look much better than the last time.

Watched the trailer and thought it looked like another mediocre to bad "Johnny Depp is whacky" movie.

All I can think is that the film is going to make so much less than the first in the states. A less than stellar reception for the first film, a far less popular Johnny Depp, a 5 year gap and no brand spanking new after Avatar 3D to prop the film up. It will be lucky to crack 200mil. And oh yeah let's not forget that it's going up against X-Men.

I highly doubt Alice is going to have an issue making money and the x-men franchise is in no way a threat to Alice unless Singer is truly about to bring the spectacle that's been lacking in all of his films thus far.

Hasn't Star Wars already made more money domestically then you predicted it would in it's entire run. :cwink:

Alice in Wonderland ain't Star Wars babe. Internationally the film is going to be massive, domestically it's going to drop hard.

I had no idea they were making a sequel to this. I couldn't get through an hour of the first one. Granted, I was watching it on an airplane, but still. It was awful.

Believe it or not I don't hate Alice in Wonderland the way a lot of other people do but I do count it as a bad film.

Yeah, I just couldn't get into it. I felt the same way about it as I did about Mars Attacks. When Tim Burton allows himself to just go off the deep end, his movies become unwatchable.

I was so bored watching the first film in the theater. Nothing made sense, dull characters, cliché chosen one prophecy, Johnny Depp at his worst wearing his spencer/ hot topics get up. I also thought I was In another dimension when the audience started clapping and cheering when Depp did his CGI dance at the end and all I could do was role my eyes.

We shall see my young apprentice. :cwink:

It is bad, but I still enough it.

I think with it being a summer release there is a chance it could get lost in the shuffle, but then again it could be one of the bigger surprise hits.

Wasn't fond of the first one. I'll only see this if the reviews are mostly positive.

He had a cameo in Anchorman 2.

It feels like if I bit into it I would get an immediate toothache.

All the promos look like they're holding Dragonballs. White Queen's is the best, followed by the Red Queen's.

its funny how everyone looks 10 years older. yet its only been 5 years and they spend thousand dollars on normal and CGI make up.
