Supergirl All About The Ratings!!!!!!

IYAM people are turning off TV because of all the progressive garbage coming from Hollywood, which is run by communists and progressives to start with. People want GOOD ESCAPISM, and it seems to me all Hollywood wants to do is escape from reality. Just look at the fiasco that was The Oscars Sunday; lowest ratings in 9 years, third lowest since 1974.

Now as for this episode, I saw no political penalties whatsoever, just a predictable outcome (Jeremiah turning), with a decent execution and a shocking way to bring about a two-parter.

OMG..... *sighs*

Anyway, no one is turning off, if anything it has found its base. To have remained steady up against the premiere of the Spring THE VOICE, is very good.

Also, Robert, you are more than free to "have" your opinion....but as a Progressive, it is very offensive to be put in the same sentence of Communist. I could very easily go off on a rant calling Conservatives all kinds of things, but I don't, I respect that they have a right to their opinions....I expect the same respect. Generalizations are a sign of a weak argument. No one is arguing here, we are just enjoying this series.

Also, Oscar ratings are not the topic of this thread.

...Hollywood, which is run by communists...

Multi-millionaire communists? :thf:

Maybe I should give that a try - as my attempts at being a capitalist multi-millionaire haven't worked out. :argh:

I think last night was too much Mon-El.

IMO, it was just enough to really begin setting up the next be villain arc...if there were no reason for his take on the whole Jeremiah thing, now mind you, had they simply had James play the outsider looking in, I would say fine...but why would he even be at the DEO? Winn wasn't at the family get together with significant others, so why would James be there....so IMO, just enough to further the story, and they did.

Don't fall into analyzing the enjoyment out of it, because that is what tends to happen.

I wanted to like last night's episode, but there were things that I saw coming from a mile away.

Well, for me, I just sit back with a beer, popcorn and enjoy! :)

It is popcorn fun for me, that happens to have high caliber actors having fun. It's a win/win.

Anyone know what the chances are that it dips under 2m total live viewers this season?

It may, with daylight savings, all tv goes down with that...but who knows.

I know the reasons for that, but I must be be a sad shut-in because I never miss my shows during the home stretch of the season. Even as a kid, I'd come home from baseball practice ready. :woot:

Thankfully their is no sweating a renewal. :yay:

And with season 3 almost always comes a season 4.

Yep, there is a good pick up in the Live+7 as well... :) And you don't compare shows to other networks, you compare shows within the network they are on, and she is and will be consistently the #2 show.

Did you honestly think Jeremiah coming home was going to be peaches and cream? Especially finding him at the start of the episode. The only way a story like that would have a happy ending is if
after a long battle with Cadmus that lasted most the episode, Jeremiah was rescued at the end and returned to Eliza.

Flash had a great night last night... ticked back up to 1.1, tied Fresh off the Boat for the #1 scripted show on the night.

I saw that, that is excellent....but it didn't help Riverdale.... :csad:

Funny thing is the repeat of Riverdale last night got the same ratings as the new episode of Riverdale last week.

I think TheCW is toying with moving Riverdale or tryng to get it more exposure.

That definitely could have been for exposure, and if it was, then it was a nice little commercial for it... :)

Originally they planned on just airing a Legends of Tomorrow repeat, but I think they decided Riverdale could use the help. Which leads me to believe Riverdale's final fate has not yet been decided.

Arrow ticked back up to 0.6 last night.

Shame Legends was off this week due to the Trumpster Fire.

Actually it was going to be a repeat of Mr. and Mrs. Mxyzptlk.

I don't think Trumpbone was the reason. They just seem to be giving shows a break. Next week it is a Howie Mandel comedy special instead of Supergirl.
