If Nolan goes full speed ahead with horror, my one hope is that he brings back Ludwig Goransson. I do miss that Nolan/Zimmer team-up but Ludwig's score in the Trinity Test scene hits me right in the anxiety feels every time I watch it. If he can create that kind of tension for a scene where the audience knows what's about to happen, imagine what he could do with a full-on horror score.
I also got it in my head that Nolan should adapt Moby Dick and now I'm kind of obsessed with the idea. Probably the only filmmaker that could get the budget for it these days.
