Well with the "Slaughter is the best medicine" gag on the semi--which, by the way, bears signs that it belongs to an amusement park, is it possible we'll get an amusement park confrontation such as the one in DKR?

Will the pursuit of the semi lead to some abandoned (or in-use)amusement park where the Joker is headquartered? Maybe. Right now, it's all speculation. But seeing as TDK is using the Killing Joke as a reference for Ledger, chances are, we'll be seeing Joker in some sort of theme park environment (like in the comic).

There could even be a fight in a House of Mirrors. That would be interesting. Symbolists will go crazy over the references of "multiple personalities." Yeah, yeah.

And there's even opportunities for Goyer to write those wonderful one-liners that we all love!

Now the question is: Would YOU like an amusement park confrontation?

Oh give it a rest. I swear, why do people have to question the merit of every single thread that's created. What do you care if it needs its own thread or not?

If it were up to some people, this entire messageboard would be one thread.

Well then have at it, Katsuro, chat away.

Anyway, back to the subject at hand. You might very well be right. I mean, the semi has to come from somewhere, right?

A showdown in a theme park would be awesome.

I´d love to see a confrontation in an amusement park :woot:

Yes it would. It would also be a welcome return, if it were a private battle between Batman and let's say Joker and his goons. Too much have we seen the "Gotham must be destroyed" grand finale, let's see something more personal and character-driven.

Plus, it would be almost like ripping it straight out of the comics.

an amusement park confrontation has been my hope forever. No crowds, no music, just abandoned- and Batman vs. Joker.

what if this is the ULTIMATE SECRET SPOILER THAT RUINS THE FILM

hmm...an amusement park, eh?

this is not without precedence.

impossible. the ULTIMATE SECRET SPOILER for me is the batpod :o

seriously, though. this would be bat-ass.

There should be a showdown inside of the Bat cave. Or maybe that should be in the third one with 2 face?

I absolutely love this idea. Gee, now I'll be disappointed if it DOESN'T happen.

No thanks.

But the carnival fight should definately happen. I can just imagine that one scene from Killing Joke, where Batman first gets to the Carnival, and he gets out of the Batmobile. Joker just gives him that look.

Oh Splodey...

A confrontation in the Bat Cave = Villain knowing Bruce's secret. Thats a no-no.

Also don't spell Two Face 2 Face. Its two more keys, you don't need to conserve the .001 nanoseconds it takes to do that.

I thought I read on this board that a house of mirrors set has been built at Cardington. I looked, but I couldn't find the post. It might've been on another board, but I'm not really sure.

Yeah, that was here. Don't remember who said it or what thread it was said in, but it was definately said.
