The Dark Knight All signs lead to an amusement park confrontation

I love this idea and just like I said back on page 3-4 of this thread....Six Flags has a park about 40mins away from Chicago. Here are pictures...great place for a showdown.

They have a coster called Demon there...Its old but it has a cool cave and stuff. Could be a sweet location for Joker.

Has anyone seen the TAS episode where Joker pretends to be a party clown for hire and kidnaps a boy and takes him to an amusement park?

Yes, awsome episode; it'd be cool if Mr. J pulled out a trick sword and had exploding cards. Although I draw the line at baby-doll bombs.

Eh. Steel roller coasters really take away from the feel of everything. The amusement park should be old-school, derelict, wooden and rotting. I wouldn't object to this, though. I rode the one at the Six Flags in Valencia. Great ride.

oh yeah they have got the oldest coster in history there....almost forgot about it.

I was being sarcastic...its a OLD MO FO! Been around since 70's

Wasn´t there some filming at the London Eye some time ago...?

I think they just filmed a building near the Eye, but they'd packed up before anyone saw anything

The Joker needs to smack someone with the Carousel Horse.....funny

/\ Lmaol!!!! But, got something worse...

Then take a squirt gun and shoot it into somebody's actual mouth and then when it reaches capacity they drown to death and their head explodes with water going everywhere just like a popped baloon!

Yeah, I know- I'm sick, I'm twisted... that's why they call me Mr. J. :)

- Thank god filmmakers go for film rather than reality, because if there was no film- chances are you would have ALOT of maniacs running around. Lol.

????

Dude, anything BUT a rip-off of Phantasm. Lol.

It's THE KILLING JOKE! .... One of the most ICONIC JOKER COMICS EVER!

Okay, if the final confrontation is going to take place at a theme park, it's not going to be some huge, easily recognizable place like Six Flags.

It'll be at smaller park. It shouldn't be any bigger than Coney Island.

I remember in The Joker's Five-Way Revenge it ends at an abandoned aquarium where the Joker is going to feed his last former henchman to a shark. It was also cited in BTAS, for the laughing fish episode. It's a nice creepy atmosphere. I wouldn't mind seeing an old rundown amusement park used.

Okay, so check this idea I have out...

Joker kills Rachel, which drives Batman insane and wanting to kill the Joker. Batman is lead to the amusement park where Batman defeats a few of The Joker's thugs before making his way towards the clown. After a grueling and dirty fight through the park, it begins to rain and batman beats the **** out of the joker, leaving him lying in the mud. Holding himself back from killing, Batman stands at the Joker's feet, noticing the make-up on his face and neck washing away.

We are then revealed to witness a battered and bruised Joker of "natural" white/grey skin.

I was just thinking , that maybe they do have a confrontion in the amusement park but Joker escapes in the truck and Bats follows him in the tumbler and after the tumbler goes boom , in the bat pod . So the whole chase scene they are filming now is the actual finale as it were .

That damn clown scares me. Any minute he'll come to life and start throwing Winnie the Pooh's at children.
