The Dark Knight Michael Caine Gives Away Secrets of The Dark Knight!

Altercation was one thing, the Alfred dying statement was another. When the interviewer is idiotic enough to ask such ridiculous questions, you either put him in his place or you play along and act mysterious.

yes alfred dying is pure spec' ! But the altercation is quite sure !

ummm... i thought you said that michael caine gives aways secrets.!?
he didnt say anything we didnt already know.

and people please. like they are going to kil alfred. That would be like killing off Gordan or batman himself.

I'm not sure if you're being ironic to me. If you're not, ignore this. If you are, then:
Altercation is not something out of the question, in terms of odds. Killing off an important, no scratch that, essential character in the Batman mythos kinda is.

And a fight or somtinf betwen Joker and Alfred is just a proof of the danger comong from MrJ ! Killing him would hugely destabilize Bruce's world ! He had enough with his parents ! And Alfred is his family !

He hasn't said anything. He hasn't even hinted anything.

I like the idea of Joker trying to get info from alfred
Alfred stands his ground
Joker beats him up puts him in the hospital

plus if the rumors of Racheal's demise are true

Would make this rivalry more personal
Joker hurts the two people closest to bruce
throwing him deeper in this monster he has created and making him want to kill joker

He was justing f**king with the interviewer. That's what happens when you humor Caine.

Yep. You can tell he have some humor here. ;)

Joker and I are gonna have a HELL OF A TIME !!!!:woot: :woot:

Alfred in a confrontation with The Joker? I didn't know Nolan was so eager to kill off The Joker :o .

Alfred will not die, but I'm wondering if Alfred is the one in the Batman suit to prove that Wayne is not Batman to Joker . . .

Wasn't that Caine's own idea? I think that's more a case of Joker goes to the Penthouse for Dent thinking he's Batman, sees him, then Bruce makes an elaborate entrance into the party as Batman.

I highly doubt Alfred is killed, but Michael Caine can't say that he lives or else he kills any bit of dramatic element that altercation has

Not eveyone in the theater knows Alfred is an immortal god.

SPOILERS

I think killing the Mayor and Loeb is enough for superficial main character deaths. Its funny how we all want Nolan to pull the punches of drama and make the Joker look really menacing, but we don't want any character from the comics to die.

Yea, that is kind of a big problem, it makes things unthreatening and predictable. Personally I'm ok with anyone dieing but I doubt they have the balls to rock the boat.

Gordon fake dieing is about as much as we'll get from beloved characters I reckon

WTF is dumb enough to think that joker will kill alfred?
ummm nonsense i feel

Joker: Starting tonight, people...will...die, I'm a man of my word.

Alfred: Nevah! (Hits Joker with golf club)

The End.

Alfred is going to be hero of the film and take down the Joker with a golf club.
