All-Star Batman confusion

I was checkin' DC's site and it said that issue 6 came out October 11. Did it? I didn't see it in the shop. But what's really wierd is that it said issue 5 comes out in November. I know there was some shipping confusion with the series so does anybody know what the deuce is going on?
