Is this series ever going to be finished? I really dug what they did on the first collected version (My brother bought me the HC)... and that was what? 2 years ago almost?

It is finally coming back as Dark Knight: Boy Wonder. I forget when the exact release date is, but sometime this year.

Can't wait to see how the craziness continues. Great out-of-the-box stuff that was.
I remember many people absolutely loathing it, which was entertaining.

I mean some of it is cringe worthy, the part I like about it is that it's obviously a prequel to Miller's Dark Knight Returns/Strikes Again.

Um, you do know that comics are solicited 3 months in advance, right? The March solicits were posted two weeks ago and still no mention at all of Miller's Batman.

The game released today, he had to have finished up his work on it at least 6 weeks ago.

Possibly. But when they made the announcement, they meant it was to be realsed in Feb. Sucks even when they give themselves 9 months of preptime, they still can't get the book out on time.

I think the even further delays have to do with Jim Lee and Dan Didio removing 2 pages from the 22 page comics, meaning that Dark Knight: Boy Wonder lost 12 pages even before it's release! I wish they could just release this in an OGN format or something.

To keep the 2.99 price tag and decrease the amount of 3.99 comics aswell. DC didn't tell this to practically any writer so for example Jason Aaron blogged how his current story arc lost about 6 pages or so due to no information. Something tells me Jim Lee didn't think of DK:BW when he and Dan Didio make the price change.

That's only for on-goings. Mini series will be 4 bucks still, and the page count won't be affected. I think the Batman: Europa book is 40 pages. And isn't Batman: The Boy Wonder supposed to be a 6 issue mini? They'll be charging 4 bucks anyway, so I doubt they'd remove 2 pages of art.
