Frank Miller prepping 300 Sequel!

How can you have a 300 sequel when most of the main characters were killed in the first film?

No, I'm pretty sure its a spin-off. As for Miller not being great at making sequels I agree. I bought TDKSA and started reading it, didn't like it and still haven't finished it. lol

You can't have a sequel if Delios is the main hero. He's not a character like Leonidas was.

Maybe they could revive Leonidas. Just think:

*movie-guy voice*

Leonidas is back... and half robot in... 300-2... THIS TIME... It's personal.

It could be about a group of Spartans on a mission to retrieve the body of Leonidas.

In reality Xerxes ordered Leonidas' head to be chopped off and his body crucified. Later Xerxes feels regret and has the body returned to Sparta. His tomb still stands today in present day Sparta.

300 was a loose adaptation but events and even lines are from ancient sources. Someone would have to research this but of course it doesn't have to be historically accurate.
So they could do this "covert mission" heading into ancient Persia and finding the body and trying to escape out alive, some want to kill Xerxes and they there could be a confrontation, not wanting to die Xerxes allows for the body and Spartans to leave. Whatever they did with the character design and look and feel imagine that in ancient Iran. There could be flashbacks to new scenes with Leonidas.

The only vague concept I heard about the sequel was Miller saying this time it would be about the slaves of the Spartans.
