I'm going to ****ing explode when they release a colorized photo of Batfleck.

It will be all over for me.

I do not really get the logic here. Just because when you hear Will Smith and Jai Courtney are up for the same role and you cannot figure out accurately which role it is does not mean any other thing than you do not know which role it is. When Jason Momoa was first reported to be in talks in BvS, very little people mention Aquaman as a possibility, it wasn't until it leaked it was Aquaman when people started to make the connection and following the thought process behind it. Plus that question leaves out many variables that could point you in the direction that question could be. If you told me Will Smith and Jai Courtney are up for the lead role in a Suicide Squad movie than you can have probably a few guesses who it could be that might not be far off.

Deadshot requires someone who is physically fit and someone who looks a little rugged and looks like a bad ass. He is someone who can be a smart ass at times, someone who has a strict code when it comes to assassinations and is willing to do anything to get it done or do anything to get out of a situation because he has a death wish.
Does Will Smith fit that character? Yes. Does Jai Courtney? Sure.
Does that mean they fit that mold? Yep. Are they good choices for that Character? I believe Will Smith is. I am not so sure with Jai Courtney.

And the moral of the story is that I was just speculating with no proclamation otherwise so whether it is the truth or not is moot lol.

Well 90% of actors out there today are capable of being fit, can be made up to look rugged, and can read lines to seem like a smartass doesn't mean they fit the character of Deadshot or that they all could fit the same character.

Your description can fit The Rock, Shia Lebouf, Jason Momoa, Jackie Chan, and John Boyega. Give Carrot Top a crew cut and he fits that description

the bold fits no actor as no actor is an assassin, at least I don't think

We'll get our first look at the glorious god damn batfleck in the teaser, whenever that is released.

It's impossible NOT to like Cavill. Gives off that understanding and empathetic yet heroic vibe. Perfect for the man of steel :D

All four of the pictures are suppose to be brightened and/or sans filter, so fingers crossed they're close to the actual deal.

I know this won't be connected to the movies, but...

‘Vampire Diaries’ Star Claire Holt in Contention for CBS's ‘Supergirl’ Series (Exclusive)

Look, up in the sky! It's … Claire Holt?

Holt, who plays Rebekah on the CW's “The Vampire Diaries” and its offshoot “The Originals,” is among those testing for the lead role in CBS's upcoming comic-book adaptation “Supergirl,” an individual familiar with the situation told TheWrap.

The one-hour drama project, which has received a series commitment from CBS, will follow the exploits of Kara Zor-El. Born on the planet Krypton, Kara Zor-El escaped amid its destruction years ago. Since arriving on Earth, she's been hiding the powers she shares with her famous cousin (also known as Superman). But now at age 24, she decides to embrace her superhuman abilities and be the hero she was always meant to be.

Gerg Berlanti (“Green Lantern.” “Arrow,” “The Flash”) and Ali Adler (“Chuck,” “No Ordinary Family”) are writing and executive producing the project, with Sarah Schechter (“Pan”) also executive producing.

The “Supergirl” project is being produced by Berlanti Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.

Warner Bros. Television declined comment to TheWrap.

Holt will also co-star alongside NBC's upcoming series “Aquarius,” about a 1960s Los Angeles police sergeant who starts tracking a small-time criminal and aspiring cult leader who turns out to be infamous criminal mastermind Charles Manson.

Thoughts on Claire Holt possibly being cast as Supergirl?

Cool. I'm really not so excited for Super Girl though.

Unless a different version of Superman is set to appear in the CBS Supergirl pilot at some point down the line, it's kind of funny to see on how we're getting interpretations of characters where, due to studio issues, we can't see them ever interact with people who we all know are supposed to be major parts of their lives; aka Magneto with the Twins in the MCU, Batman with Ra's Al Ghul in the CW Universe, and presumably with Superman in the supergirl pilot.

It has nothing to do with "studio issues." WB simply made a decision that some fans don't like. Which is those people's right.

Studio issue? Batman could be in Arrow if they wanted. Superman can be in Supergirl if they want. The issue is its not their show
