He's the leader. There's a reason why they cast Tom Hardy and why Tom wanted the part in the first place. He already played a DC character, him signing on was probably because it's a damn good role.

This movie would survive just fine with another actor. If you're the type of person who is going to throw in the towel every time an actor drops out of a project, then you've got a very rough time ahead of you.
