Those batarangs look nothing like the bat symbol we've seen.

I doubt they will. BvS batsymbol doesn't look at all aerodynamic and batarangs ought to be.

And I actually find those to be somewhat similar to batsymbol, just with more elongated/widened wings.

There was some guy on here that claimed to have pictures of the Batarangs from the movie and he only posted pictures of the corners and I think he got mad after people started to claim that they looked similar to fanmade Batarangs.

Yes but I don't think batarangs resembling the official movie bat symbol would be very efficient.

They don't look completely different. They look similar. The batarangs look like an elongated version of the bat symbol.

That pic was not how Nic Cage would have looked as a Superman, it was just one of the early suit designs, I think this one was going to be used (which does not look bad, I can imagine this Superman in the same world as Clooney's Batman. )

Wonder what happened to Jon Schnepp's "The Death of Superman Lives: What Happened?" documentary. He was supposed to release it at SDCC last year (or 2013, I forget). Maybe this SDCC?

Those are the Batarangs that some guy came here and said was from BvS. He was posting in the Batsuit thread. That was about 4-6 months ago, though.

Real or not, that's a cool design for the batarangs.

They're bit too big for my liking. And though I can't stand an oval-shaped bat for the symbol, I always found a batarang with oval wings to make more sense. It's more aerodynamic, spins better and can actually cut someone and return (you know, like a boomerang t instead of just stabbing and sticking in target.

They are slightly oval though, similarly to "Arkham City" batarangs. If it's really based on official batarangs, I just hope there are also smaller ones.

I'd actually like to see those really tiny ones from "The Dark Knight Returns". 2:15 in this video:
