I don't find it odd. It is a cameo. And they need to leave some surprises for the film. Given her presence in the promo material and such, Wonder Woman, on the other hand, seems to have a much more substantial role than many have suspected.

Ad, I've been saying, this basically is a Trinity movie. Interestingly, even the three-parter Trinity comic had an Aquaman cameo in the end. t:
