Would be interesting if the OMAC threat carries on over to the Justice League film.

I think there's going to be a bit of revelation about Brainiac's involvement in the OMAC project, and then he will be the villain on JL.

I still cant believe we didn't think of OMAC post SDCC trailer. :funny:

Now here's the best part

FLIPPER HANDS

300

Plus the OMAC soldiers have such a great design.

Glowing blue "nano skin" with a Cyclops eye and Spartan crest? Yes please.

Perhaps Lex Luthor recruits victims of the Black Zero Incident as test subjects. Scoot McNairy for instance?

Plus if it is indeed OMAC then it would make a nice homage to George Millers abandon JL film in which the main antagonist was gonna be OMAC.

Would love that. Brainiac needs to be the villain of the first JL film if you ask me.

Whatever the "greater threat" is, I am sure it won't be resolved by the end of BvS. Trinity will win the battle, but not the war. In order to do so, they will have to recruit the other metas and form the League.

See how agreeing we all are when Doomsday's not involved. :funny:

And maybe Luthor autopsies Zod's body as a means of studying the durability and strength of a Kryptonian's biological makeup, which he then translates into his nanotech.

Now. Am I wrong in saying that nano-tech is similar to what was in Man of Steel? Those beeds that form solid shapes?

Exactly, what better way for Lex to learn about the strengths and weaknesses of the aliens that leveled his city then to study the body of one and to apply that knowledge to Superman.

Also, there's that stuff from the newspaper saying LexCorp and Wayne Enterprises have some bonds... Which is what basically happens in the comics, Bruce makes Brother Eye which controls the OMACs developed by LexCorp. It makes sense in the movie because both Bruce and Lex are distrustful about metahumans.

And Snyder's remarks about various internet rumors heading in the right direction but then veering off course when it came to specifics.

If this LexCorp product is tied into the third act antagonist, OMAC certainly would make more sense than Doomsday. Not sure what LexCorp would be trying to sell by creating a mindless Kryptonian killing machine. A technological defense against the emerging metahumans? That I can buy.

Finally something interesting to talk about.
For me, the mindless Zodsday wasn't about him trying to sell it. But about testing/DNA that backfires.

I like the OMAC idea. Interesting how the ideas are ever changing in these threads :woot:

I just want whatever it is, to tie into Lex.

I'm sure someone already mentioned this before, but it also makes the Blue and Gold movie more relevant.

Nothing really hints at OMAC in the trailer to be honest. But man, it would be awesome if it's indeed OMAC and not Doomsday.

Well now I am going to be especially let down if Doomsday ends up being the big bad.

A lot of story potential with OMAC, especially its implications for Justice League and Amanda Waller's involvement in the expanded DCU.

The OMAC project does make sense considering the LexCorp tech connection....but it wouldn't be much fun if I just agreed with all of y'all, would it?

So I'm still on Team Doomsday!

True. :hehe:

I suppose that none of us really considered OMAC before, because its creation in comics is tied to Batman. I was expecting it to make an appearance in a "Tower of Babel"-like storyline, to tell you the truth, but if it's Lex Luthor who is entirely behind it I'm all for it, it works quite well for this storyline and characters. And as a huge fan of dystopias, I really like the Orwellian nature of OMAC.

Also, modern take on LexCorp they decided to go for makes perfect sense with this, given how OMAC works and what it stands for - Omni Mind And Community. Basically an evil internet.

I guess that "Google" was already taken. :hehe:

Snyder if you're reading all this, give us the thumbs up of approval.
