Gonna make a goal for myself to reach 5,000 posts before the next BvS trailer releases.

Although since Time Warner doesn't own ESPN i don't know what major channel they can tease BvS on.

Any network but ABC. It would be cool if they aired it on CBS, FOX and CW at the same time during a commercial break

Rumors that they will show it on CBS and FOX at the same time.

I'm sure they'll use the three CW shows to pimp the DCEU as the movies get closer.

About that SW trailer: got to hand it to JJ. he made the Bowing scene way better than Zack. That scene from Bvs always bugged me. Somthing felt off. It's diffrent charecters, though.

I'm sure they shared the idea (they are close freinds).

Um... these are two totally different scenes, both taken completely out of context. In the Star Wars scene, it looks as though he's being interrogated by use of force (:rimshot:) and is clearly in a lot of physical pain. Clearly a scene where a character is being tortured is going to be visually more intense than a scene where a character is being manipulated in some way.

Also, I'd like to add that the bowing scene from the BvS trailer had a much greater impact on me for a few reasons. First, it's very surreal, with Luthor's physicality. It says a lot about his character. Also, the fact that the significantly more powerful character is bowing before the weaker. Finally, it raises interesting questions about what exactly is happening. In the SW trailer, we have a good idea what's happening. That's, not to say it's "better" than the SW bowing scene, just that I found more intriguing.

Game of thrones season 5 starts in April 2016.

If they show a new SS trailer on its premiere then its winner winner chicken dinner for DC! :db:

They won't air it during Game of Thrones. The drawing point for HBO is that there are no commercials.

Suicide Squad is a long way out. We don't need to see anything from that now.

Don't forget that we'll also be inundated with WW news very soon.
It's about to be DCEU 24/7 up in this bizz!

Great time to be alive if you combine the two DC films with the 4 Disney properties.

6 movies made up of DC Comics, Marvel Comics and Star Wars EVERY YEAR!!!

It isnt like ABC wont show an ad if WB buys the time. They wont pimp it like they do Disney stuff but they dont care who gives them money.

They'll show TV spots on ABC but they are not going to premiere a trailer there.

I don't think the teaser rumours are true. We've only heard this from Eh Maybe.

Love it to be true though.

I just realized
Callan Mulvey is the only cast member confirmed for a role who has not appeared at all
In any marketing or in the trailer.
Do you think that means that the secret physical threat is being played by him? I remember a couple rumors saying he would be playing an antagonist role back when he was first announced.

Seriously! It's crazy to think that we now have so many comic properties out that we can pick and choose which ones to watch, instead of settling on the one or two options we typically have.

He typically plays minor roles, so I'm not reading into anything.

Since the Lexcorp website was updated recently to ask for our emails, i'm guessing that from now until the 'big reveal' in Winter 2015 will be given a series viral marketing clues and tidbits about Lex/OS.

Remember how unique and engaging Man of Steels viral marketing was?

From Wikipedia:

Warner Bros. and DC Comics won the rights to the domain name manofsteel.com, in use by a member of the public, for use for the film's official website. On November 20, 2012, for the release of The Dark Knight Rises DVD and Blu-ray, Warner Bros. launched a countdown on the film's website where fans could share the countdown on websites like Facebook or Twitter to unlock an "exclusive reward". On December 3, 2012, the "exclusive reward" was revealed to be an official Man of Steel teaser poster. The poster, which depicts Superman being arrested, generated a positive response and much speculation about the film's story. On December 10, 2012, a website appeared at dsrwproject.com that provided audio signals to be decoded by viewers. It was discovered to be related to the film due to the copyright on the website. By December 11, 2012, the decoded message led readers to another website with a countdown that led to the public release of the trailer. In anticipation of the film, Mattel unveiled a toy line which includes Movie Masters action figures. In addition, Lego will release three Man of Steel sets, inspired by scenes from the film; Rubie’s Costume Co. also released a new line of Man of Steel-inspired costumes and accessories for both kids and adults. The film has reportedly earned over $160 million from promotional tie-ins.

Viral marketing campaigns for the film began when the official website was replaced by "deep space radio waves". The message was decoded to reveal a voice that said "You Are Not Alone". The official site continued to be updated with new static files that slowly revealed the symbol for the film's villain, General Zod. Shortly after, the website was replaced with a "message" from Zod, who requested that Earth must return Kal-El to his custody and told Kal-El to surrender within 24 hours or the world would suffer the consequences. A viral site called "IWillFindHim.com" was released that showed a countdown to the third trailer for the film.

I'm guessing that we'll get something similar for Lex/OS.

Well I must admit that it's funny seeing everyone's reactions to the lack of Wonder Woman news. :funny:

Cricket was always awesome. :oldrazz:
And you might want to look at American football team from Snyder, Texas:

Man of Steel had South Sydney the team owned by Russell Crowe don a MOS inspired kit.

Probably not. Based on his look, he'll probably be a Luthor goon.

On a side note, I was looking at IMDB and came across my favorite character:

James Chudnow ... Train traveler reading papers near wife (uncredited)

Train traveler reading papers near wife will clearly steal the movie and be the true final threat.

That is a possibility but I'm not sure we ever found out if he'd have an extensive role for sure.
