this Saturday I'll have my 8 and 6 year old daughters and my 3 year old son at the Carmike IMAX to see Zootopia. And yes.... I'm excited.

But that will be about 60.00 for the 5 of us... Phew!!!

Just letting you know your opinion is wrong. Throne of Atlantis doesn't work without the rest of the Justice League. You may not have noticed but they were kind of all there. It was a full on attack on the surface world that probably killed thousands. You either do it with the League or you tell another story.
Also there are lots of stories they could tell with Aquaman. He's been around for about 75 and you think there are only two stories to tell about the king of Antlantis.
Also, you are very condescending to everyone who doesn't agree with you. Not just this but on the Green Lantern subject as well.

Zack Snyder knows better and I highly doubt he would want to do that approach. I highly doubt it, it's not appealing to a filmmaker that just made BVS with Lex and Doomsday as the villains. Do you understand how much of a step down Ocean Master is from Doomsday and Lex Luthor?

Luckily there's no way in hell this will happen.

i laugh at the notion of Throne of Atlantis being the basis of the first Justice League movie ever made. It's a ridiculous idea. Ocean Master should be the villain of the Aquaman movie. Not the first ever Justice League film lolololol

Yeah basically like Captain America 3 being basically an Avengers movie. You do it the same way for the Aquaman film. You just don't do Throne of Atlantis for the first Justice League movie lol

We're going to see that storyline onscreen but it won't be in Justice League, it'll be in the Aquaman film, bet on it

Ha meant this as a joke. I too want to see it in IMAX at Metreon first before anywhere else.

My planned viewings:
21 - Metreon IMAX fan screening
22 - Regular Advance Screening (if I can get a pass. Hopefully in IMAX too)
24 - 9:55 Alamo Drafthouse tickets. I want to also get 6pm IMAX ticket for Metreon when it becomes available and just race to Alamo afterwards

Also to all of you who bought the $100 super ticket to Regal to see Batman v Superman unlimited I would be jealous if I did not win the Star Wars opening night costume contest at Alamo Drafthouse and win 1 year of free movies!

Metreon IMAX has not started selling tix yet tho correct?

I've read the story and seen the movie, I'm REALLY not. It's sad to me that people are willing to accept a second rate version of Loki as the JL villain. I look forward to seeing his portrayal in the Aquaman movie where he will be introduced, but he won't be our JL villain. That'd be a major mistake, it'd be a rehash of Avengers 1

With all the Darkseid setup in BVS, I'd be surprised if he isn't our JL villain. He would be such a superior choice

You're talking about the JL antagonist having to be a step-up from Doomsday, then you have to consider who's going to be the villain in JL 2 to be a step-up to Darkseid. The JL antagonist should be between Doomsday, and Darkseid. You start small, then you go big. I don't think it will be Ocean Master, but he does fit the bill.

Not true at all. A guy who usurped the Throne of Atlantis, who controls the largest army in the world, and has control over 75% of the Earth, is a much more formidable opponent than "mindless brute who kills things."

And by the by, I don't consider the Legion a step-up from Darkseid. I think it severely underplay's Darkseid's character. He should be the guy the League and Legion team-up to stop.

Not really at all considering they could easily plant the seeds in the Suicide Squad series, organically introducing multiple villains throughout multiple films so that when they finally do the LOD, we're already familiar with the characters

Well I think Darkseid is going to be the main villain for both pt 1 and 2. Having a "part 1 and 2" indicates that its gonna be one big story that cant be contained in one film. We may get a "mini boss" villain in there too but I fully expect Darkseid to be the driving force in both films.
