People complaining about shorts forget that Snyder likes to be comic accurate

th

Maybe he wore some kind of pants/garment beneath the shorts.

I'm telling you--
future Flash going back in time. It's not a vision, it's a glimpse of Flash's future world, which is a nightmare because the heroes haven't united. This is what allows DS to take over. United we stand, divided we fall. Flash comes back in time to stop it....only can't stay around so they have to get young Flash
This. I've been saying this for a while now.

Just who are you??? :sly:

I'd be disappointed if they actually let Robin run around without pants. I don't like those pantless costumes on male or female characters. Having said that...it's not much of a concern for me because I don't think it would ever happen. Snyder does like comic accuracy in costumes, but he also seems to update them (as do most directors) and Robin hasn't gone pantless for a while now, even in comics. I can't see them going for something so oldschool, regardless of the director involved.

I'd be genuinely shocked if they let Robin go pantless.

I'm not throwing a fit about it, but the "traditional" portrayal hasn't been the portrayal for damn near 30 years lol
Snyder is likely to be influenced by the comics of his time and this Robin is likely what he's most familiar with. The Robin in MOS/BvS seems to have the legs and arms exposed.

Just watch any of Snyder's works in 300 and Watchmen --the men are heavily muscled & sculpted, even one with his dick hanging in glorious fashion. :lmao: They're all faithful to the comics source.

If a brotha wants to stretch his quads at night then let it be free.

Liberate those chicken legs.

What was his costume in TDKR which they have said over and over they are drawing inspiration from?

Don't know why some are obsessing over the shorts. If it bothers you, its pretty likely we won't see Robin in action in this universe, bar flashbacks. I think we will be graced with just Nightwing and Redhood. Maybe Batgirl, but I'd prefer Oracle.

Do we honestly need to have this discussion though? I mean... I will want to get an actual idea of how or even if Robin will be utilized as a character onscreen besides being a faceless monument in the cave to even start to have a dog in this fight. Let's see how WW, CYBORG, AQUAMAN, FLASH and SS are before we start going on the warpath about an aesthetic issue for a character that very may well only appear in flash back form in the Batman solo, if that.

I personally have no issue with a model representation of Robin's suit being one that so many are familiar with (shorts for bottoms).

Who cares what it looks like on him? He's dead.

Cyborg better have his shorts and metallic wife-beater too
