Question.

Do you think there will be an after credits scene?

"Real movies don't do that" - Chris Nolan, who Snyder calls the grandfather of the DCEU........so I'm going to say no. Remember when that quote started a flame war on the internet? Haha

I've focused mainly on the Batman component, but recently I've become more and more excited about Superman, and expanding his character development and world from MoS. I'm looking forward to the Daily Planet crew, and Clark's reporter persona.

We need more soundtrack leaks. Specifically these...because March 18th is too far away. :(

Do You Bleed.

Fight Night.

This Is My World.

Well, "Do you bleed" is very cool, but not the best one. "This is my world" is much more a Superman track (sounds like MOS)

I don't think so. And I hope not.

But I understand the temptation. For the fans they'll see more, and for the studios it's something that will increase GA interest.

Batman Begins is on tv, yep, without a doubt my favorite Batman movie yet.

It's my favourite if the Nolan trilogy but Batman '89 is still my favourite live action Batman film.

I assume he is talking about this one? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QwJB9VnspFw
Btw, the CG has changed dramatically if you compare the shot of WW in the tv spot with the same shot in the comic con trailer. It's hard to tell if it looks better because of the quality of the tv spot but yeh, I like to see these changes.

My flipping Twitter feed is nothing but folks talking about BVS. This movie is going to make a killing.

Either way I'd be cool if they did or didn't. I don't think they will though.

No not that one, one on the site that shall not be named. The one you posted is good though.

I know the one, it's like a minute long and pretty much a condensed version of the last trailer.

Politics works the same way every where my friend :)
Batman can never be the inspirational figure Superman can. Batman uses brutality and violence to protect one city. Superman saves people around the world from natural disasters. Clark is essentially Jesus and Moses rolled into one. See Batman hides in the shadows and is never embraced by the public while Superman delivers speeches and is applauded by the masses. That's what you need to inspire--hope not fear. And he needs his job at the Daily Planet. How else is he going to make make money? ;)
Batman is needed to keep criminals in check. To strike fear in their hearts while Supes gives hope to the regular folks. That's what makes them such a great team. Yin and Yang.

I'm not a huge fan of the newer Superman stories where he's become a little bit of a *****e. I like the classic Supes who stood up for the little guy and was the champion of the working class like you said!

Superman can have really intriguing storylines and ethical dilemmas if they adopt real events which is what Schuster and Siegel intended. Superman was part of the civil rights movement.

Today how would he react to the Syrian immigration crises? How would he reach to ISIS? What about the NSA leaks? Etc.

Same can be said for Superman. Superman can never inspire people like Batman does.

They inspire people in different ways. Batman, for instance, inspires people to keep fighting and be determined.

So does the rest of the League. Superman isn't the only one that protects the world. Why do you keep ignoring the other Leaguers?

Aquaman rules and protects 70% of the planet. WW has her own battles to fit, with the Old Gods and their enemies.

Well, he was much more of a *****e in Silver age (than he is now).

Yeah, but not a lot of writers do that (with good intention mind you...people would be responding differently if they were portrayed in comics). I would say the best way to deal with that is create fictional problems in the fictional countries of DC and have Superman deal with that.

(And let it challenge Superman!).

Aquaman is a King, WW is a queen, both are natural leaders (than Kal could ever be!). Hal is the leader of the Corps, an organization far more vital to the galaxy.

But, none of them are the leaders of the League. No one is. Like I said, the league is like Arthur's round table with everyone representing the Knights (which you did ignore in your arguments :oldrazz:).

Nah, I think they're going with "Batman gets a Joker playing card at the end" type of scenes to set up sequels.

If it is done Watchmen-style, yes, absolutely. In Watchmen it was a montage of cryptic images that contained clues about the story's past that rolled during the opening credits. Here it would be the same idea but it would be about the future, featuring JL members. I think the Easter egg that BvS will give about the future will be Darkseid via Batman's dream/vision/nightmare, that according to EW [BLACKOUT]in which the Flash will appear somehow to Batman to communicate a message[/BLACKOUT]. But I think Batman is getting a vision of a possible future within the multiverse. Snyder says something to this effect about it being like Dickens' A Christmas Carol's the Ghost of Christmas Future in the EW article. So in the same vein, the montage of images about the future are possible futures that are likely unless some things are changed. Again, to emphasize: these would be very cryptic images that would have us scratching our heads and trying to cipher out the possible meanings of.

Anyway, I would love to see that roll at the end of BvS!

The poster with Batman by himself is pretty bad IMO. I think all the other images with characters by themselves look good though.

Still cannot stand the Superman one either.

Yeah I know that. This Is My World is the slowed down, melancholic version of If You Love These People. I need to listen to them anyway.

I take it you have received the soundtrack disc...?

Yeah, I don't like it either. He looks like a Greaser from the 50s.

The Batman one is sort of meh. I'd prefer one of Batman wearing his mech-suit in battle bathed in golden light. Not this one in particular, perhaps, but one (a profile?) that was captured by Enos during that shoot.

Or even this one is more interesting to me than the poster one:

lol yeah!

Plus, the smaller S and the fact that he bulked up a lot from Man of Steel makes him look too thick for me. His physique was perfect in MoS, there was no need to add an extra 10 pounds of muscle imo.
