I don't think he's obsessed with secrecy...just he wants to make sure you experience the film when you actually sit down to watch it. I like his films because you don't know what you are gonna get until you sit down to watch them.

Thats smart. WB should do the same, but people will critical of them doing it wven through people wasn't complaining about SW.

The downside to that kind of thing is that it can create bad buzz. Usually, when they don't screen a film for critics in advance, it's because the studio knows that's bad (see: Pluto Nash, The Avengers w/Ralph Fiennes and Uma Thurman, etc.). Star Wars is a special case where they didn't have to worry about that sort of thing (although maybe they should have, considering how awful the prequels were ) but for something like BvS, it's best to do advance screenings. That's not to say that there is definite "bad buzz" aroud BvS--many of the things that have been said thus far have been speculative at best--but WB certainly doesn't want to risk anyone thinking it sucks.

Doubt it. There's quite literally no reason for the Keaton batsuit to make an appearance. This is in no way connected to the Keaton films. Did the Reeve suit make an appearance in Man of Steel? No? Then there's no reason for the Keaton suit to make an appearance in BvS.

It would make sense for him to have older/obsolete versions of his tech around the cave.

If it was there I doubt the it would mean any sort of connection to the Burton movies.

Not his specifically, but there's plenty of instances in the comics where previous suits/vehicles from previous (non-canon) eras make easter egg appearances.

I remember Jim Lee had a humongous splash page featuring many nods to the cinematic versions of Batman, but it doesn't mean they're related. Contextually all it means is this Batman has been refining and creating new apparel across his long career. Nothing new for the character.
