Almost Human

Hey Andrea, where's Brock?

LOL....Dewey Moofooing Crow. It's weird to watch him playing someone smart.

Finally caught up with this and watched the latest episode tonight. Meh...the chemistry between Ealy and Urban needs to get better, but it does seem interesting. I can see me watching this, but I'm hoping it gets a bit more interesting.

I could've asked where Todd is, don't be such a baby!!! :argh:

Take away the futuristic science fiction setting this may as well be just another police procedural cop show. I think they need to bring a few more original ideas into the show if they want it to last.

Hey Andrea Jesse is right over here. Bang! ;)

That is a very weird complaint. Its like saying "take away the White House setting, and the West Wing is just another organizational soap opera."

That was a great episode! Really funny.

Anyways, these cops need some Minority Report jet-packs. :o

I thought the 3rd ep was a bit bland with them taking over half of it to get up those stairs. but at least Kennex got to use a classic Han Solo line.

Cool to see the Lesbian reporter chick from The Bridge and I didn't even realize that was Dewey Crowe! :wow:

Yeah I was gonna comment on that lol :woot:
I thought it was a nice little detail that he had to recharge his leg every night.
And man Kennex had to run like the Flash in the end there to get to the 25th floor in time.

This last episode was good but definately a step down.

"Boring conversation anyway" - Han Solo - Harrison Ford - Blade Runner... Karl Urban is a Replicant? :woot:

I just saw the promo for next episode and there is another SW line/reference :woot:

New episode tonight, folks.

I loved the fact that John fixed Dorian with old chewing gum and the Dorian playing old Elton John song and singing along to it at the end were great, I LOVE this show :D.

Oh Dorian, you adorable bastard. That Sushi part was nasty.

Ok-ish episode

Was disappointed there weren't that many Breaking Bad jokes. This would've been brilliant.

Didn't they do this to Firefly?

Meh...I don't really think it matters. Though I am curious to find out when these episode occurred in the natural sequence. A few have felt out of place and like they should have been later in the season.

I'll be glad when the serialized portion of the show begins.

Question (and I guess spoilers for anyone who hasn't seen the episode yet):
How did they find out that the Narc Captain was the bad guy?
A weather alert happened about 40 min. in and when it started - for some reason - our station switched to showing Sleepy Hollow for a few minutes before switching back to Almost Human (at least, that's what happened on our DVR recording of the show). When it picked back up, [BLACKOUT]the Narc Captain was getting a call from Cap. Maldonado but I have no idea how they ended up figuring out he was the bad guy.[/BLACKOUT]

The "Bishop" gave Rudi the counter agent, for the GPS liquid. And the only way he could have gotten his hands on it, is if someone in the Police Department gave it to him, since it was still in the Beta testing phase. And the release form for the fake Bishop, was signed by the Narc Captain.
