Am I the only one who sicks of hearing about 9/11

They don't like to mention it, they make a big deal of 9/11 (they make it immortal within time, 9/11, no year, or anything, i'm not saying it's not important thought), although there's plenty of worse things that happen constantly and get washed over, as it doesn't tread on the mainstream american reality.

the reason 9/11 is a big deal to us is because it changed our way of life. It made us look and consider things that Americans took for granted. People were afraid to fly for weeks after 9/11 and most airlines are still reeling from it. Before 9/11 no one displayed the Stars and Stripes. Airline security was an over weight woman who watched you go thru the metal detector. It affected us deeply

It really hasn't changed my way of life at all. I'm pretty much the same. I'm kind of afraid of flying, but I've always been to some degree. Really, thing slike this only change you if you let them.

it was for me, then again i'm in england, i think the events after 9/11 are a lot more important(i do understand they wouldn't have happened if it weren't for 9/11), altho i think the whole south africa situation is a lot more important.

Bush is using the events of 9/11 like Star Trek: Voyager used the Borg. Way too often, making it lame and boring after a while.

I shouldn't laugh, but yes, very true, lol.

I mean, they used the Borg for like a HUNDRED episodes, and then completely destroyed the entire Borg Collective in the series finale. F***!

OR DID THEY????

I want a series set after voyager damn it! Or maybe one series about the time police people from the future....
