No! Tom Jane was awesome in Boogie Nights.

Thomas Jane was in Boogie Nights?
Yup.

He played the guy, Todd Parker. Probably dont recognize him with that moustache he sported in the flick, but that's him. Yeah, I have to say I enjoyed his performance in Boogie Nights. Jane's Todd Parker fit right in there with John C. Reily's Reed Rothchild, and Mark Wahlberg's Dirk Diggler. And just as comical at times too.

Coolest scene seeing Doc Ock blow away The Punisher(or Ex Punisher) with a shotgun blast to the chest. lol

Granted he's not in the film much much but as Todd Parker, Jane's pretty damn good. That moustache was fantastic.

Have to say though, imo his best roles have been in 'Stander' and 'Thursday'.

Doc Ock dancing and singing, "Jesse's Girl" and "Sister Christian" infront of the Ex Punisher was great as well. :D

With Cozmo letting off firecrakers all over the place..................:D

Brilliant.

You can't forget Deep Blue Sea....believe me, I've tried.

Actually, yeah, he was 1 of 2 good things about Deep Blue Sea.

Him and the animatronic sharks.

The less said about the rest of the film the better <cough>

And here I thought with a name like Matt Hooper you where going to join Kevin and I in a bit of Deep Blue Sea bashing................

Honestly that film is so bad I didn't really want to even acknowledge it. But why not.

Deep Blue Sea is so bad that during the film I actually daydreamed about going to the dentist. An experience less painful than this terrible film. I thought maybe I was being Punk'd and the real film was going to be shown after. The script was so poor I thought maybe it was written by a 10 year old with a head injury. Renny Harlin was paid but never actually directed it. He allowed his ******ed dog to direct it instead. The CGI FX are so bad they were done on a Commodore 64. Sam Jackson never actually showed up for filming, he was replaced by a puppet.

I remember being shocked when I learned he was in the prison in Face/Off.

just pretend Samuel J. Jackson said "i'm sick of all these mutha *****in sharks...." thats what i do when i try to think of ONE reason that i actually watched that movie.

His work in the Mist was a career best, and given that he's had stuff like the rape in Thursday and half of Stander to show off with, that's saying something.
