Cap probably had plenty of sex while he was on that USO tour. All the pretty girls in the audiences were panting after him, plus he had those hot dancers traveling with him from city to city. Just because you don't normally read about it doesn't mean people weren't getting their freak on; it just means that censorship was far more common and easier to inflict upon the more limited media outlets. The 40s were still swingin', and there was plenty of sex (of all flavors) to be had.

The 20th century sexual revolution had pretty much begun as soon as Queen Victoria kicked the bucket in 1901.

There's nothing in the movie that indicates that Cap is a 90-year old virgin. Even in the trailers, there's bits that show women in uniform throwing themselves at Cap to do "every red-blooded American woman's duty to her country" or something like that.

Believe you me I have studied the sexual revolution for years now and I know people were getting their freak on back then. What I meant was that Rogers was old school in that sense. Before project rebirth he was all skinny and non-attractive and even he said he had never been with anybody. After that he went directly into military service (somehow anyway) and the dialogue in the film and the way it portrayed him, let me to believe that he was actually saving himself for Peggy.

Alas, who knows, he could've been nailing every single chick in that film. That is just my take on it.

The wartime setting of the films should be taken into consideration, too. During both world wars the mores of people on the home front changed quite drastically from what one might assume to have been the case. Millions of young men were being shipped abroad to fight in a war which many would not survive. The sense of danger and the possibility of death parting people forever (or simply denying them the experience of sex) certainly caused some to have premarital sex even though society at the time frowned upon it. Bucky was spot-on when he pointed out to Steve that he was going to be one of a very few young, eligible men left stateside for the duration.

For a comedic take on the moral tone of the time, see Preston Sturges' The Miracle of Morgan Creek. The movie, released in 1944, detailed the misadventures of a young woman with a very kind heart who "comforted" six soldiers at a troop send-off party, only to wake up the next day with no memory and pregnant with sextuplets. The situation was played for laughs, with the girl saying repeatedly that she just "had to" because those poor boys were going off to fight and maybe die the next day.

Going back to Steve's specific case, while he and Peggy were undoubtedly attracted to one another they were not in a relationship while he was on his USO tour. She had shipped off to London the day after his transformation and the two of them were apart for some months. Since they weren't a couple he could well have had relationships/one night stands without ever feeling that he had been "unfaithful" to Peggy. And vice versa, I might add.

I think that Steve would also be the type of person who wouldn't be interested in getting with a girl who wouldn't have even given him the time of day before he became Captain America. If all they care about is what they see on the outside, and not who Steve really is on the inside, I don't think he'd want to have anything to do with them.

lol; well I'm just going by what I saw of the MCU Film version of Steve and not his comic counterpart.

I think he did do the deed several times in the movie. He probably stopped while out on the battlefield and also managed to get one in with Peggy during the Hydra raid, which is why he managed to let Bucky slip to his death (his mind was still elsewhere and his energy spent). Probably all the USO girls were conquests of his too. He knew what he was doing. After all, he was the Star Spangled Man with a plan.
