Comics Amazing Spider-Man Cyber Library

Spidey does indeed rule.
I assure you that this particular site is free of virii, trojans, etc.
And I did manage to download 4gigs of Spidey issues in about 30 hours.

Ethically I dont have a problem with it, because I like to have the actual issue rather than looking at it on screen. Which means, even if I have the issue on my computer I'll still buy it.
Now here is the particular torrent, I used:
http://www.torrentspy.com/search.asp?mode=torrentdetails&id=331894&query=spiderman

You could vastly expand your online library:up:

Also is your site legal?

Hey Carter. When I download the torrent file, it's says unknown file type. Do you know any torrent sites that have the spectacular and web of collection?

Thats because you need to download a program called bit torrent to open the file
There should be a link on the same page to download something called "bit-lord" do that

I may add a few mini series or one shots within the middle of July. Will announce them here if I do.
Don't forget-Amazing and PP Spectacular are in Adobe and ALL others are in CDisplay. To download CDisplay you must RIGHT CLICK the file, add .cbr to the file name and change html to ALL files.
Have a great summer and reading experience.
PS-Anyone out there know where I can get any of The Black Panther on either CDisplay or Adobe?

Aloha,
I have no idea why the threads aren't BURNING UP over Spider-Man/Human Torch #5. There are some serious revelations in that issue that if follwed through by Marvel makes it one of the most significant Spider-Man issues within the Modern Age. First off, the writing is FANTASTIC-you will laugh and you will cry.Just as important-Organic webbing has been established as a fact and the clones have been established as a fact that you should just forget. Here's the contest- Unlike days gone by- when a writer would allude to a past event there would be a footnote as to the title and issue number that that event occured in.
In S-M/HT #5-Torch alludes to many events that he and Spidey teamed up on- but not one reference as to what comic and what issue it happened in.
There will be 3 prizes-From 1st page to last page- the persons who name the most comic titles and issues that both Spidey and Torch allude to regarding team up events from issue #5 will get
Third prize-The complete Web of Spider-Man including annuals and Sensational Spider-Man on disk
Second Prize-Complete PP Spectacular Spider-Man plus annuals,Web of Spider-Man plus annuals and Adjectivelss Spider-Man on disk
Grand Prize-Web,PP Spectacular,Adjectiveless and Amazing Spider-Man including Amazing Fantasy 15-18,1-514 and Annuals 1-23 on disk.

To enter you must sign my guest book on my web site and be a member of the Hype. This contest will last until Sept 21st(my birthday).
Let the games begin :spidey:

Oh rats! I still had a few more to download from July and now they are gone?! :(

I thought the August selections wouldn't be up till, you know, August... which starts next Monday...

You have to be more specific for us procrastinators...

It's not how LONG they were up... a week would be plenty of time... but if you said these would be up till next Friday, and then removed them on Wednesday, procrastinators like me are going to show up Thursday night and get depressed...

I'm not really complaining... you have an awesome website and it's so cool that you go to all this trouble... Would you mind posting a warning if they are coming down early?

Donald,

I'm not sure what your intentions were by this post, but it seems like you're just rubbing it in that he missed the books. Captivated's post came less than 2 hours after that post which means that there was no warning. All he's saying is that you make a post that says, "Comics will be coming down in 2 days", not "Comics came down an hour ago." I have high-speed Internet so it is not a problem for me to download everything in one evening but some people have dial-up service so they have to do it over a period of days. Maybe that's why he didn't get them the first day. I agree that Captivated is a procrastinator but that's no reason for you to not play nice. He said he appreciates what you are doing. We all do. Spidey rules among fans with Spider-sense!!!

Well, it seems to me that he can do pretty much what he wants, when he wants too or needs too. Which shouldhe really be more concerned with, his need to go out of town, or your need to procrastinate? I think he's "playing nice" just by hosting these for us.

I think you misunderstood me. I interpreted his quote and the Spider-Man head with Spider-sense post implied that he HAD given warning to Captivated that the books were coming down. The Spider-Sense icon being that he should have sensed by his post that the books were coming down but that quoted post happened 2 hours before the books came down. I agree that he has every right to do whatever he wants. I just think that the post was kind of an unintentional slam on Captivated. By the way, I'm not the procrastinator.

I think, given the sheer volume of work DT does to give us free comics, we can give him a little bit of latitude.

Aloha,
As many months that I've put up these comics, I would think that ALL would know by now that I value each fan that visits my site.In the year that I have been posting comics, June/July were the longest months that I have ever posted the same comics.Since I am basically a one man show, I have to do this when time permits. Each comic takes 3-5 minutes to upload. Knowing that I was going to be away on the first, is the reason comics were put up a little early. As much as I would like to satisfy every request, I cannot.I've had people pm me to ask that I put up comics that they missed from 2-3 months back. This is the only site that I announce what comics are coming up other than my own.I have found a way to email large files and if a person wnated a specific comic, I can email it to them.
Spidey rules
btw-I have absolutely no reason to slam Captivated. But as a former school teacher-I will give her a scolding for being a procrastinator.PM me for any particular issues

hey donald, thanks for the august collection, btw when u will start with amazing v2 ? and how about continuing spiderman #90-end?
