Story of Spidey Interview

Kraven would fit perfectly into this scenario. With all these Hybrids running loose, it would be hunter paradise for him. And Shocker is always welcome.

That's what I was thinking.

The story could be that the more "undesirable" and more uncontrollable hybrids escape and Morbius hires Kraven to hunt them down. In in the process of hunting down the hybrids, Kraven lures Spidey in to he can hunt him as well.

Okay, that is a bit relieving. That makes it sound more like Batman's radio when it sounded like Beenox actually just using Twitter, haha. Webb's Spidey is definitely more moderate and high-tech, so it does fit that Spidey is getting his news from his cell phone nowadays.

I kinda hope to save some people around like a neighborhood of houses and parks like in USM too, haha.

I love the sound of this! The Twitter thing seems to be Beenox's version of Batman's radio in Arkahm City and the fact that Spidey's suit can only be repaired by going back to his apartment is also a nice touch. These articles also reveal some stuff about the movie.

1) Peter and Gwen will graduate from high school by the end of the movie.
2) Gwen and Connors live. (Bout time a villain lived)
3) Peter gets a job at the Daily Bugle.

Liking this a lot.

It doesn't really say Connors lives. It says the game will feature Gwen and Connors if they live past the film. I think that's a smart way of mentioning them without spoiling anything with any deaths and what not. I mean, Connors COULD be referenced in the game without really telling us if he's alive or dead.

Dee Brown said in that gametrailers interview that we'll be interacting with Connors/Lizard in "a new way" during the game. Not sure what that means though.

Subconscious/dreamscape probably. Or the other thing that stuck out is the villain 'The Iguana' which is an iguana that's injected and basically becomes Connors in that it attains all his thoughts, emotions, and etc.

Also awesome that Tombstone sounds like he'll be in it.

aMAn ,this game keeps sounding more and more awesome. And the fact that Iguana is FINALLY in a game, makes me so happy.

I am seriously so stoked for this game. Gah! I wanna see some unedited combat gameplay so badly at this point and also see how they incorporate the Web Rush stuff into combat as well. It sounds friggin awesome when they talk about it and show bits and pieces in the trailers. Hopefully we get some good gameplay vids from PAX in the first week of April.

There's a vibe of Ultimate Spider-Man the Game when it comes to the story, I like it
It'll be a cool throwback if they used Ted Schwartz to voice Spider-Man in this game, and a better voice choice if they hired Rino Romano again

I think josh keaton and christopher daniel barnes did a tremendous job in the last couple of games. I hope keaton returns in this game. The chances of him voicing spidey again in this game are pretty slim, but he has a more commanding voice than garfield

If its not garfield (which it probably won't based on his schedule) I will be dissapointed, for me, that will set these games apart from all the rest.

I can confirm 1 thing for you guys though: one of the composers from the last 2 games will be doing the music for this game. That's all I can say

Josh is probably not allowed to say anything and although I really like him as a Spidey VA, he may actually be telling you the truth. Who knows.

The music in SD & EoT was very well done, so I am liking the fact that they brought at least one of the composers back for TASM.

One of my questions regarding the combat, or concerns rather--I hope that when fighting against the thug characters in the game, Spidey can take them down with relative ease.

That's something that bothered me with SM3 the game, for instance. There were several human characters that were difficult to bring down at times, like those ninja dudes. I realize they are ninjas, ok, but no human should be able to move faster than Spidey.

I saw this interview yesterday. It's a decent interview but the interview on gametrailers is better.
