Satan's realm of Hell...that would be INCREDIBLE. imagine, web rushing inches past demons and fire pits, to perch nimbly on top of a jagged rock edge, overlooking endless fire valleys and blood pools.

I CANT WAIT FOR THIS GAME

i was obviously joking guys, come on. truthfully i'm just trying to get my post count up so i can have a profile picture :)

i'm really interested in the web rush ability. I thought the web zip and perch points in shattered dimensions was a good feature and really helped give a fun way to move around indoor levels as well. One thing that's been missing in the fun free-roam games is precision in your locomotion, so it sounds nice to be able to swing around like crazy still, but then choose a precise location to travel to when you want to.

I've been looking at a lot of the trailers and have noticed the spidey silhouettes in several shots. It seems that there may always be one silhouette visible at all times, possibly based on the direction spidey and/or the camera is facing, like shattered dimensions and the grapple points in the arkham games. You can see them fade in and out in the trailers sometimes as spidey moves around.

I'm also wondering if the slow-motion, jerky way of moving around with web rush constantly that was mentioned in some articles is just a short slow motion effect when you first trigger it as spidey shoots his web to pull himself forward. From the trailers, it looks very similar to the initial slow motion effect in web of shadows' web strike move. I'm speaking here of moving around in advanced mode, and not the first person slow motion mode.

also, it's hard to tell in the screen below, but when watching this part of the trailer in slow motion it looks like the two yellow blurs in the upper left fade in and out like they might be silhouettes as well. It makes me wonder if once you trigger advanced web rush, then several different silhouettes will be visible at once that you can target and move towards.

i really want to see gameplay of this feature in action and not just quick cut trailer shots. It looks like it will make the locomotion even more exciting.
nice catch!!

The game and the film had definitely given OsCorp a more renowned look with being a business, but also a science facility; much more than what we got out of OsCorp in Raimi's films. I applaud Webb and Beenox for this.

That's where we, as the controller of Spidey, jump down and give them the beating of their lives

I'm excited to see how deep into Oscorp you can actually go and what variations the building will have.

I'm sure there will be some "secret levels" as the entire story of OsCorp, film and in game, just screams out 'espionage' to me. I wonder if Spidey will have to go downstairs, or perhaps to the top floors and maybe meet a certain Mr. Osborn.

Dude! I'm sitting here on the edge of my seat already, haha! I seriously can't hide how excited I am for this game. And with the revised combat system, the beating of their lives will be executed with awesomeness.

That. Would. Be. Epic.

Probably not gonna happen though as I'm sure even though he may be mentioned in the game, we probably won't get him as a villain until after he appears in the movies.

There is a mission that I know of (thanks to the xbox article) where you are seen sneaking into Oscorp looking for information. And there was even a part where Spidey is hanging upside down eavesdropping on some chatting guards. It just sounds too cool to be true.

This pic brings 3 quotes to mind related to the 90s animated series:

"uhhhh, excuse me....can one of you guys tell me where the little spider's room is?"

"Uhhhhh, none of you guys can reach the ceiling can you?"

"Get down here and fight like a man!" "I don't suppose I can convince you to come up here and fight like a spider?"

:funny:

Not only do I hope they include many of those types of witty lines in the dialogue but they chose a voice actor that can pull them off. I'm sure it will be Andrew, it's weird they haven't mentioned that bit of info yet.
