wait, where can I watch the episode of GT TV? I can't find it anywhere. There's also some other stuff too I wanted too see/hear
Agreed. I like the way he looks (the model is superb) and moves (web-rush mechanics rocks). Truly outstanding for a Spider-Man game, but alas, the graphics, surroundings and the whole city are coming off pretty badly and messy (especially during the day). Sorry, but it's a sad truth.Pretty decent video I'd say. Nothing to get me more excited, but it was nice for them to show off Web Rush.
I just hope he has more variety in his twirls and flips instead of that one spin twist he does about 10 times in the behind-the-scenes clip. Didn't SM2 have an upgradable trick system?

And no QTE this time, that's a plusAgreed. I like the way he looks (the model is superb) and moves (web-rush mechanics rocks). I'm still not completely sold on the game itself, but for the 1st time ever I'm proud to see something, that allows the players to get the feeling of what is it like to be Spider-Man.

Do we know if the game will offer Stereoscopic 3d on the ps3 and xbox 360 or not ?
It's kinda weird, the game is 40 days away and we dont know crap abt it, except some bosses and some gameplay mechanics.

I only get on the internet about 3 times a day, about 2 hours each, around 1 and a half in the afternoon. I also look at websites other than this forum. I also like to listen to music while I'm on here, so I typically don't have time to read each individual post, so I usually skim through posts and just look to see if there's anything I want to add.lol. It's only the principle game mechanic for TASM.
That's a great way to miss key information.
Regardless, you're still gonna miss out on a huge chunk of the game. I'm sure it will be challenging...have fun.
Not sure what you mean exactly. If all platforms are going to be completely different from each other [meaning there are no or very few levels that are the same that are on another platform], then I would be interested in the PS3 or XBOX version. But like I said, that's only if I get my own PS3 or XBOX, the game for that platform goes down in price, or if I become rich. There isn't a ps3/XBOX 'version' there is one game for those systems, and an entirely different game for the DS. They are the same game in name only and just happen to release around the same time, there is literally no single piece of data that the two games will have in common. I hope you realize that by avoiding the ps3/Xbox version you are missing out on an entire game, not just some features. A game which happens to be significantly more complex/advanced than the DS version (which I mentioned will be a separate, inferior game that shares the same title.)
I kinda agree with RIM... one thing though is that they still couldn't render a good HD trailer which makes the graphics look even worse. I wonder why they're having difficulty with that?
Anyway, the game is only like under 2 months away, there's not that much time to improve stuff. I'm a bit worried honestly
I want it to be betterI think Beenox is going to hit it out of the park with this one. Here's hoping...I want my Spider-Man 2 exhilaration back.
E3 is only a couple of weeks away. I'm sure we'll get plenty of info at that time.
Graphics are coming off badly and messy?? Really? I think they look fantastic for something pre-alpha.

Disagree with ya. I think from what we've seen, the graphics are gonna be fine for a few reasons:
Trailers/teaser/video demos, etc are almost NEVER good representations of a game's graphics for various reasons (quality of the video capture, compression of video output, what stage in development the game is in when video is made, etc).
Secondly, even in this age of technology, we are not going to get Uncharted levels of graphics in a free roam game as large as this. It's just not going to happen. People might try and point to Arkham City, but come on, that map is tiny and will feel even more so when compared to New York.
I personally think the graphics look pretty good for a large free-roam game, and am sure they will look better when we are actually playing it.
That being said, I'm with you in terms of not being 100% sold on the game yet. The last several Spidey games left a LOT to be desired for me. I hope this game is good, and it appears as if it could be, but I'm not gonna get my hopes up yet.
