Horror American Horror Story on FX - - Part 3

The pandemic is possible, too. I was just thinking he split the season because he just didn't have one story long enough.

I feel like there was more with this one at least. We didn’t get much on the reptilians at all. Really feel like we should have. Freakin lizard people and we didn’t even get to see one.. so sad.

Lol, :p Lizard people.

The flashbacks in the Death Valley episodes were okay but the terrible acting and trashy dialogue in the present day portions of it ruined it for me.

Weird. The trashy dialogue and crappy acting is what keeps me watching this show period.

It's an easier pill to swallow when it's Jessica Lange, Evan Peters and Sarah Paulson and not some irritating Gen-Z'ers. :o

Yea, I can’t disagree with that. Death Valley certainly needed more Even Peters.

I’m a few episodes deep into Hotel. This was always my least favorite season and now I’ll say, as with most seasons of AHS, it’s a lot better to binge than to wait week to week for. Freak Show was the same way for me. I ended up kinda hating it when it first aired but then loved it when I sat down to binge it some time later. Not sure why most of these seasons are like that for me.

There's a lot to be said about being able to binge such a complicated series. I often find one week gaps an irritation. :(

The gaps can be an irritation for sure but it really depends on the series, in my opinion. Some of my fondest memories of shows are of the anticipation between episodes and theorizing what might happen throughout the months waiting for everything to come to a head. Then some others, the irritation can be incredibly high. I could hardly stand seeing Dandy take over my screen instead of Twisty during Freakshow. Binging the entire thing in a couple days made his inclusion seem a bit more tolerable, though. That’s just one example I can cite off hand.

Twisty was seriously underused. He was my favorite character of the whole season and he was so briefly used. :(

Really been enjoying this season but then again, last one I saw was part of Freakshow cause I gave up.

The good thing about this series is that if you don't like one season you might like the next. :) I am enjoying this new season a lot, especially having the double episodes. :D

I was gonna keep going through once I finished Roanoke but, I decided to go back and start Freak Show because it’s been a long time since I saw it last. Forgot how delightfully morbid it is. I’m gonna pick right back up with Cult and go all the way to the new season, though. I really like Cult. Like, a lot.

I liked Cult quite a bit myself. It was right on the money at the time with Trumpism.

I’m enjoying this season after dropping off the last few. Zachary Quinto is such a good villain

Really?

Hotel was my favorite season

Lady Gaga as the Countess being Goals, Evan Peters playing James Patrick March like a serial killer Gomez Addams, the Devils Night dinner party, bisexual vampires

Good ****

Only downside was the protagonist was such a waste of space **** but honestly apart from Scarlett Winslow in the American Horror Stories opening two parter and Lana Winters in Asylum I always find the protagonists to be pretty worthless in AHS

It's the murderers and monsters who I'm here for nine times out of ten

I'm the same. Hotel was so good because of all the killers that got a nod. :)

I like Hotel it’s just not nearly as good as some of the other seasons, in my opinion. Gaga and Dennis O’Hare are really the saving graces of that season. Asylum and Freak Show are two of my favorites but Roanoke and Cult are up there as well. I ended up loving Double Frature quite a bit as well but, Death Valley wasn’t nearly as good as it could’ve been.

I enoyed the first half of Double Feature but Death Valley I really couldn't stand mainly because the last few years of the mental defectives from QAnon and the drooling inferior cattle that are the Republican parties voters in general have made me genuinely despise conspiracy theory bull**** at this point

I enoyed Roanoke up until the last few episodes where I felt it went right off the rails

Asylum was fantastic

Ya know, Cult might actually be my favorite season at this point. I mean, nothing can ever truly top Asylum but I just love Cult so damn much. I love how freakin crazy everybody is in this season.
