Sure they do. Between taxes and regulation, making alchohol legally is extremely expensive. It's not as extensive as it used to be, but plenty of moonshine is still made nowadays.

But yeah, I do agree with you that prostitution should be legalized, as it will greatly reduce the number of women being harmed and taken advantage of. But there are always going to be people wanting things cheaper and wilder than what is allowed.

Prostitution is legal in Neveda. How many of those women are smuggled slaves?

Not many since you need a licence to operate and most customers go to girls who are legit to avoid arrest.
