Back in 2013 she was in 2 Oscar nominated movies as well in 'American Hustle' and 'Her'. Both nominated for Best Picture, Screenplay among others and Amy nominated for AH.

I'd like to see Lois at some gala event in the future so we can see similar shots of her in some fancy dress that really shows off Amy Adams as so far she has been looking far more average in the movies than she does in real life.

This is a practical version of Lois. She wears what's needed and her Daily Planet outfits are classy for an investigative journalist anyway. Heck in BvS she was wearing leather boots throughout the movie for heavens sake.

Now sure I'd like to see Lois glammed up for an event but that's the writers fault. Missed opportunity with the Lex event in BvS.

I fully understand the practical nature of this Lois and like it and I don't blame the movies for not doing it yet as I don't really consider it an error I was merely putting out something I'd like to see in the future.

Actually the everywoman feel she has as far as I have seen is fairly unique among Loises as they tend to be super snarky bombshells whereas this one feels very approachable and down to earth and while still snarky it is reeled back to a more realistic degree.

I want her to have a better role this time.

She had a great role last time as she showed some great reporter skill following that trail but really how big a role is she going to play a role in a jl movie and we really don't know what her role will be major or minor as we only know the vaguest of things for the movie so far as it is early out to know intricate details like what exactly Lois will be doing besides mourning Clark and being a reporter, now I still suspect they are going to get married at the end of this movie and that all of the JL (and there spouses) will be there at a small private ceremony.

* thinking o it it could be interesting to see the media coverage side of things from lis's point of view regarding the JL and the rise of the new heroes.

The only thing I would ha e not had her do was her role in getting the spear although I would still have her show up right before the spearing happens so we still get that emotional moment between them.

FYI- Amy will be at TIFF next week, those reporters are more likely to ask her about Justice League than those that were in Venice this week. Amy usually say's something about the DC universe while promoting her other movies.

I was irked at Lois having to be saved so many times by Clark. The spear was the one thing they could have given her - having her throw it away, then try to retrieve it only to fail and be rescued by Clark was just too much. They should have just let Lois realise the importance of it and just get the spear!

Anyway, Amy with Tom Ford and Jake Gyllenhaal at the Nocturnal Animals premiere. No Michael Shannon
