An Episode Question

I was watching an episode of Smallville the other day. Season 4 episode 11, "Unsafe". It features the return of the character Alicia in Clark's life. Near the end of the episode when Alicia is with Clark, a song starts the play in the background. Can anyone tell me who sang it and/or whats the name of the song?
