Animals Are Not Ours To Wear

ah... funny things I came across with this thread... Grizzly Gay Bears, Hats made of poo, Killer Whales bullying a baby seal(that was the funniest:o:up: )... there's only one thing I would like to add...

See....... My...... Vest........

Some men hunt for sport,
Others hunt for food,
The only thing I'm hunting for,
Is an outfit that looks good...

See my vest, see my vest,
Made from real gorilla chest,
Feel this sweater, there's no better,
Than authentic Irish setter.

See this hat, 'twas my cat,
My evening wear - vampire bat,
These white slippers are albino
African endangered rhino.

Grizzly bear underwear,((Corinthian's note: may I add HOMOSEXUAL Grizzly Bear!:o:up: ))
Turtles' necks, I've got my share,
Beret of poodle, on my noodle
It shall rest,

Try my red robin suit,
It comes one breast or two,
See my vest, see my vest,
See my vest.

Like my loafers? Former gophers -
It was that or skin my chauffeurs,
But a greyhound fur tuxedo
Would be best,

So let's prepare these dogs,

Mrs. Potts: Kill two for matching clogs,

See my vest, see my vest,
Oh please, won't you see myyyyyyy veeeeest!

Whatever, i'm done with you. Your inability to think with an open mind is draining me. Have fun on ignore.

I will:)

Why would they do anything? They like to eat and wear animals. Like most people.

"The whole reason for this thread was to educate people on the alternatives of wearing fur..."

And it's comments like this that make me want to go out and kill something endangered. You should just worry about educating yourself, and leave us to educate ourselves. We didn't get dropped on our head, or molested or whatever it is that happened to you when you were young that makes you weep for fish.
And like most people, they don't know the true events that led up to their beautiful new mink coat. They're too self involved to bother about things that go on around them. Why? Because it doesn't directly affect them.

You might not have emotionally attached feelings to every animal on Earth, but you have to admit that it slightly bothers you the way some people are treating animals. Yes or no?

So, instead of taking my points as a hint that perhaps your approach serves more to alienate you from the very audience you wish to reach, you resort to poorly conceived, childish insults. An assessment of your own social skills notwithstanding, I was initially leaning towards your being a troll but you're starting to convince me that you're just an overzealous idiot. At any rate, you've completely undermined your own goals in this thread. How does it feel to be completely defeated by yourself?

I was nice at first, but most of you are unwilling to listen and are quite frankly, in dire need of a reality check.

Genesis 1:26 "Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."

Well, there you have it. God says we rule animals.

Yeah, but your God isn't my God, nor is it the God of the majority of the people on this planet, so...

And there's a difference between ruling over something and boiling it alive. And why the hell does the God of the Bible always talk to himself in the plural? Let "us" make man in "our" image... I guess monotheism is a relative term. Although I know that the term used to describe God at the beginning of Genesis is "Elohim", being the plural of "Eloah", meaning "the Celestials". Whenever you read the name "God" in the modern english translations of the Old Testament, it should instead read "the Celestials". Probably aliens. ;)

Do I care if you beat yer dog? Yeah. Do I care about the conditions livestock live under before they are slaughtered? No, not really.

And as long as you don't make them extinct, skin all the otters you want. I honestly don't care. Perhaps when real problems like diseases, and wars, and poverty go away, I'll revisit the subject.

You've gotten exactly what you've given, so take your lumps and quit your whining.

Have a nice day,

So if someone beats their dog...you care, but if a poacher cuts a sharks fins off and throws it back in the water, you don't care?

Makes a lot of sense.

Extinct? http://www.nature.ca/notebooks/english/enexpg.htm

This is a real problem, you just don't care enough to act upon it.

Only what I think matters? Don't you think thats a little selfish? Right or wrong, what people think isn't always justifiable. There will always be someone on the other end of the spectrum.

EDIT:Forgot I'm on Ignore.Oh well:)
