Honestly, I would like to see a superhero with an afro.

Like the guy from Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. That would be great.

I just think its great that they're utilizing Lightning again. What did he have, just 3 appearances in G.A. over the past 11 years? Also, his old series written by Tony Isabella was great.

He's had appearences in Outsiders, JLA, JSA and I think Superman as well. Probably more in books I don't read.

He's been all over Outsiders, really. Plus, his bratty daughter's a full-time member of the Outsiders.

I get most of that, except the language thing. A person doesnt need to speak "good old-fasioned english," by which i assume you mean white middle-class american english, to be a good role model. I dont see how that's a positive role model for the majority of blacks in america.

What's the problem with the language thing? What's wrong with being able to articulate a thought without " knowud um sayin'?" being thrown in a hundred times??

I bet if you needed a neurologist or an attorney , you'd want him to speak correctly.
