Still possible we need to see what Scott did once Cap broke them out. Clint is the one that picked him up in the first place so he may show up. Falcon can have a quick scene during that moment.

Outside of the opening scene with Howard Stark and Peggy Carter and Scott vs. Falcon at the Avengers facility with a few scarce references to the Avengers/Tony Stark here and there, the first one was pretty self contained, yes. But after the events of Civil War, I'm thinking there'll be even more references to the greater MCU in this one.

I think we'd need a large amount of Clint to satiate fans. Falcon can feature in a scene or 2 without overwhelming folks or having them cry for more.

I think recall Reed saying he wants to keep this film largely self contained. Yes the film will deal with the fallout of Scott's role in Civil War but it mostly seems like it will expand on and continue plot points from the first film.

Reed said he wanted to delve more into the characters and the ant-man mythology. More original wasp Janet, Hank's colleague/friend Bill Foster, Quantum Realm, size changing of different objects, ect.

A cameo appearance of an Avengers or Shield character would be a nice Easter egg for fans but it is not a necessity.

Yes it is not a necessity but at the same time it builds towards IW or Avengers 4 if you do it too

I'm still keeping my hopes up. If we don't see it in 48 hours, then I guess we'll have to wait until mid-May. It would be weird though, since nearly every Marvel movie has always had a new trailer for the next film attached to it.

I am hopeful for a trailer, it would be huge boost if it is showed with IWs OW. Then again with movies like DP2 and Solo perhaps they don't mind have it released later and the trailer showing with those. They will forsure have one by the time Jurassic is out.

I hope (no pun) that the Wasp and Ant-Man interplay as characters isn't just a replay of the first film and furthers the relationship and chemistry between the characters. Same goes for Scott and Hank's interactions.

I never think about the fact the movie ended and they were together or at least trying to be since they were kissing. They will be one interesting couple that is for sure, since Scott is a goofball and Hope is serious.

[BLACKOUT]IWs happens so quickly seemed like in a spann of 5-8 hours. Tony and Pepper had an 8:30 appointment they were already out and about. I think Ant-Man & wasp easily happens the day before or even farther back stretching into the day of IWs. They mentioned Clint taking Scott back so Hawkeye should appear. Anyways once they go subatomic and enter that realm they will have no idea what is going on. I expect them to return with Janet happily ever after...NOT! After Hank and Janet reunite Hank will probably be dust from the snap happening. Scott will race home and Cassie will be there and then she too will be dust. That is Scott's main reason for living so no doubt he will try to get in touch with everyone. Every frachise lost someone from Thanos I think those two will be lost in Ant-Man.[/BLACKOUT]
