Any fan creators here?

I was just wondering if there are any people here who have a hobby of creating their own comic book characters, preferably characters that people would like to see in the Marvel universe. Like their own member of the X-men, or the Nasty Boys, a 5th horseman, ect etc.

And not only visually, but with a background story, powers, weapons, attributes, weaknesses, darkside(s).

Any one into that?
