I'll just go ahead and be the ass that adds that I find "offensive" humor funnier because of all the people dropping their monocles over it.

I don't think it's a matter of people "dropping their monocles" over it. It's not like telling a dirty sex joke to an uptight stiff. It's a much different kind of offensive than how you're portraying it. I just don't see the humor to be mined there. I guess if you're using humor to reduce the nazis from an evil regime to bumbling caricatures, that's funny (I like the 'Downfall' parodies), but I could never laugh at anything that directly mocked the innocent victims like the lollercaust stuff. That's just sick.

As for the mods, whether or not they agree is moot. It's against the rules and they are there to enforce the rules, whether or not they agree with them. As a parallel, I'm sure there are members of law enforcement that feel marijuana should be legal, but they still have to enforce the laws against it (or they're not doing their jobs).

I'm not sure the comparison is quite apt, but okay, point taken.

It's never what you expect. Some of the most bigoted, baiting posters on here got done in for something even dumber, like getting into an argument about Superman or Dr. Who. Losers.
