Jag has been a long time , but he definitely wasn't banned.

I miss Wilhelm-scream.

I don't miss Superhobo. Glad he banned!!

It should definitely be common sense to not post sensitive information like that and we absolutely did the right thing on our part to protect the site as well as the company who's information was being leaked.

I understand SHH wanting to distance itself from litigation based on one of its members breaking an NDA, but doing so to "help protect the company whose information was being leaked" is totally dishonest. If that were the case, then we would have absolutely NO leaked set pics and video, things that are posted (without consequence) nearly every day on multiple forums. The only difference is that the images/info are third party (which means little in a legal sense; ignorance of the source doesn't hold up here).

Note: I'm not upset about SHH's decision. I just don't get the apparent double standard.

^Mods can't delete it all leaked info with as many breaking that rule. C. Lee ensures we see the rules every now and then for preventive measures, and mods do delete many of those

I will miss I AN Legend, he was such a nice member, and it was fun to see images of him with cast members

And with the chaos in the Human Torch thread, I miss Franklin Richards, I'd like to know what he thinks of all of this

War-Eagle was around back in the old days of Spider-Man Hype, but it's been so long I may even have his name wrong. At least I think thats what it was. Slag's been around here forever too, just don't see him anywhere anymore.

He was an extra on TASM2 and had signed an NDA with them. If they find out about this (they probably will) then he'll be blacklisted and may even face legal repercussions if they deem it fit.

Breaching an NDA isn't something to take lightly.
