We only see the one gauntlet being constructed by Iron Man and the gang. Hulk uses it to snap and get everyone back. It drops off of Hulks arm and then gets lost in the debris of the building. Hawkeye then finds it and commences a mad dash "relay" to get the gauntlet (and the stones) to Ant-Man's van. Thanos thwarts this plan and eventually gets this very gauntlet.

So...If Thanos has an Iron Man gauntlet and so does Stark...there must be two Iron Man gauntlets.

When did Stark create the second one?

There isn't a second Gauntlet.

Iron Man jumps on Thanos after Dr. Strange subtly signals to him that THIS is the moment he foresaw. Tony jumps onto Thanos, and presumably due to having made the Gauntlet via his tech (We see it can adapt/adjust to the user when it increases size to accommodate the size of Hulk's hand) he uses the armor he wears, a new generation of adaptive nantech based suits, to "hack" the Gauntlet to eject the stones and being that this nanotech armor can change form (we see it do so throughout both IW/Endgame) the IM armor adapts to house the stones in an on the fly Gauntlet to house the stones in, probably accessing the design specs of the Gauntlet Hulk used, which is why we see it sort of morph after we cut from Thanos' reaction to the stones being missing and then cut to Tony in possession of them.

So... No. It's obvious that they did not create two Gauntlets. They made one and then Tony just had his armor adapt/change to house the stones after he got them out of the Gauntlet.

There is only 1 Gauntlet - no one ever said there were two.

It's the Nano Gauntlet - which they put the Stones into in the lab and transforms to fit Hulk's hand. Hot Toys made both versions of it - a 1:1 sleek version of it (before it fits Hulk's hand) and a 1:4 Hulk version (after it fit Hulk's hand).

There is also a third version - 1:4 Movie Promo version. HT confirmed that's based on early production design and is nowhere in the film (as Stark never wears a Gauntlet, but houses the Stones into his own suit).

Good answer. Thanks.

Which does lead to the question of how he was able to make the gauntlet ? Or how his suit was able to adapt one so easily ? when the original had to be forged in such a way

They had the one that Thanos had forged for himself which was fried from two high level uses five years prior. The one Thor chopped off of Thanos at the film's start. So Tony probably based the design on that. And as stated Tony's armors in IW/AEG were adaptive nanotech as evidenced by the various configurations and weapons that it produced. So... The Gauntlet at the end was Stark tech which he could use his own suit to easily "hack" to have it eject the stones and the his armor could easily create a make shift design based on what he had already produced beforehand so as to properly channel the stones energy or at least well enough to dust the Mad Titan and his forces.

Thanos got the gauntlet that Hulk used. Then Iron Man snapped with another one.

Read my comment.

Stark snapped with his MK 85 suit hand - he wasn't wearing any Gauntlets. He simply housed the Stones onto the glove of his suit. There is only 1 Gauntlet in the film - the one Stark built in the lab, which transformed into the Hulk Gauntlet.

I would go a step further and say that wasn't a gauntlet, like the steam punk made one that Thanos used in Infinity War. It was just Stark nanotech Iron Man armor which expanded over the hand to house the stones for Professor Hulk and then expanded again when Thanos got his hand on it.
