I was born in 1984 and I don't remember T2's marketing and that's a little odd to me but whatever. I guess 6 years old was a little too young for me to remember it. I did watch the teaser trailer on the special addition DVD of course. I'm just a ****e for this franchise, I even like watching the lesser films.

Yeah, the whole universe and timeline is cool.

Would you've preferred the trailer make people think that both the T-800 and T-1000 are after John? How else would they really showcase the new improved badass T-1000 without giving away Arnold is the hero this time around?

It must've sucked for people in the 90's when the trailers for T2 gave away the fact that Arnie's the protector.

That wasn't exactly a major twist. It was kind of the whole concept of the sequel.

Yeah I remember and it seems they are using some of this for the next Terminator movie. It will be very interesting to see just how much of Wishers ideas make it into the reboot.

Out of the two of them I have only seen Courtney act, he did okay in DH5, but he was very good in Jack Reacher, so I wouldnt mind him getting the role at all.

No but I know that I haven't liked Courtney in the films I've seen him in so if it's between the two I'd prefer Holbrook, I like his look better as well.

Wouldn't mind either, Jai's pretty good in Spartacus and Jack Reacher although I wish he had avoided Die Hard. I recognize Boyd from The Big C, he doesn't give off an action hero vibe and it could work in favor for him consdering it's Kyle Reese.
